Introduction to
Needle Felting
with Laura Vernon Russell Needle felting is a dry felting technique that ‘fuses’ wool fibers to a base layer of wool or wool felt. Using specially designed needles, students in this introductory workshop will learn the rudiments of two-dimensional needle felting to create a picture made with wool. Basic materials, sources, and finishing will be covered in the three-hour workshop. Supplies will be provided.
