CONDIT IONS • All work must be for sale at $150 or below. • Limit of 4 entries per artist for 2-dimensional art and 6 entries for 3-dimensional art. • All two-dimensional work must be ready-to-hang with all wiring attached. • Three-dimensional work must be stable and ready for presentation. Artists are responsible for any special hanging requirements. • $20 entry fee. Make checks payable to Columbia Art Center. • Artist receives 80 percent on sales; Art Center receives 20 percent commission on sales. • Labels with artist name, phone, title of piece and price must be attached to each work. • Sales are processed through Columbia Art Center. Artists receive payment for works sold within 4 weeks of the event. • Each artist will receive invitations for distribution. • The Columbia Art Center reserves the right to not include a work in the exhibition if it feels the work is not professionally presented. • The Columbia Art Center provides no insurance for works in the exhibition and is not responsible for damage or loss. • Every care will be taken to secure the safety of all pieces. IMPORTANT DATE S • Exhibition: Dec 8-16, 2011 • Drop-off of works with entry form and fee: Nov 21-22, 9:30am-9pm; Nov 23, 9:30am-5pm; Nov 28-Nov 29, 9:30am-9pm • Installation: Nov 30-Dec 7 • Reception: Thursday, Dec 8, 5:30-8pm • Pick Up Work: Saturday, Dec 17, 9:30am-5pm; Sunday, Dec 18, noon-3pm; Monday, Dec 19, 9am-7pm
