Adverbs ั , และคำำกริยำวิเศษณ์ต ัวอืน Adverbs หรือ คำำกริยำวิเศษณ์ ทำำหน ้ำทีข ่ ยำย คำำกริยำ, คำำคุณศพท์ ่ ๆ โดยสำมำรถแบ่งตำมควำมหมำยได้ด ังนี้ 1. Adverb of manner (กริยำวิเศษณ์บอกกริยำอำกำร) เป็ น adverb ทีบ ่ อกว่ำกำรกระทำำนัน ้ ได ้กระทำำในลักษณะอำกำรอย่ำงไร (How?) ส่วนมำกจะเป็ น adverb ที่ ลงท ้ำยคำำด ้วย -ly ซึง่ มำจำกคำำคุณศัพท์ เช่น quickly, happily, bravely, hard, fast, well 2. Adverb of place (กริยำวิเศษณ์บอกสถำนที่) เป็ น adverb ที่ บอกว่ำกำรกระทำำนัน ้ เกิดขึน ้ ทีไ่ หน หรือ กำรเคลือ ่ นจำกจุดหนึง่ ไปยังอีกจุดหนัง (Where?) เช่น here, there, everywhere, up, down, near, abroad, above 3. Adverb of time/duration/frequency (กริยำวิเศษณ์บอกเวลำ/ระยะ/ควำมถี่) เป็ น adverb ที่ บอกว่ำกำรกระทำำนัน ้ เกิดเมือ ่ ใด (When?) เป็ นเวลำนำนแค่ไหน (How long?) และ บ่อยแค่ ไหน (How often?) เช่น today, yesterday, later, now, all day, not long, for a while, since last year, frequently, never 4. Adverb of degree (กริยำวิเศษณ์บอกปริมำณ) เป็ น adverb ส่วนใหญ่ไปขยำย adjective หรือ adverb ด ้วยกันเอง เพือ ่ บอกระดับหรือปริมำณควำมมำกน ้อย คำำทีพ ่ บบ่อยๆ (How much?) เช่น very, fairly, rather, quite, too, hardly ตำำแหน่งของ Adverbs (คำำกริยำวิเศษณ์) สำมำรถใชไ้ ด้หลำยตำำแหน่ง เช่น หลังคำำกริยำ
