0 1 Immigrants and tourists gathering in Japan and tourists.

We believe that engagement with foreigners will become more important in Japan where we are concerned about the future decline of the labor force.

We made a proposal for a complex that could be a gateway to foreigners, with the theme of multicultural symbiosis using 47 consular oďŹƒces in Osaka.

On the premises there is Sumitomo Warehouse as a symbol of the warehouse town. We set up streets and plazas crossing the

premises, and place volumes imitating breakwaters along the streets. Leave a sense of volume of Sumitomo Warehouse and make a path so that they can cross each other, making it easy to move back and forth between the spaces.

0 5 Connect points and points of consular office.

It becomes a knot point connecting the interspersed consulates, and each country makes a foundation that functions as a face.

0 6 Placement plan There are consular offices zone, educational zone, literary zone, exchange zone, logistics zones located in this architecture. The five zones are arranged so as to be related to each other, become a knot point connecting the dotted consulates, and each country creates a foundation that functions as a plane. Consular consoles gathered together to create a building that considers immigrants "consular", "sightseeing" and tourists to familiarize themselves with Japan.

I think that this architecture like one "town" will allow a variety of cultures and

be a base for multicultural symbiosis as a future "face" in Osaka.

We adopt a structural method that takes advantage of morphology. By adopting a structure in which the volume of the tower is regarded as a column and the volume of the flat is regarded as a beam, a shelf space without pillars is realized.
