[THE GATE WAY TO A GREAT RURAL SPACE] FALL 2015, LEHIGH VALLEY, 2000 ACRES This project is a regional proposal for Slate Belt in Lehigh county, north east Pennsylvania, which aims to find opportunities for a former mining and agriculture town. Leftover space such as abandoned quarries and hobby farms is a great opportunity to re-farm this area. With zoom in plan at the gate way area of slate belt, landscape combine with agriculture technologies, such as contour plowing and geocell, to create a productive landscape.

[FLOWING ABOVE DYNAMIC SYSTEM] SPRING 2015, NORTH PHILADELPHIA, 81 ACRES This project is about a dynamic system that has the flexibility to change based on economic status and time. This system gives me the possibilities to create countless spatial experience in a limited site through climate changing, human management and shifting topography. SPRING 2016, ATLANTA, GA, 34 ACRES, TEAMWORK, YIQING WU; LE XU; ZHENGZHI QIANG; JIEMING JIN; LIJUAN XIN Midtown Atlanta is an aera next to Geogia Tech and the recreation center. On one hand, this proposal connects Fox theater and GT stadium together to generate a pedestrain path for sports and culture. [GROWING GARDEN] The sediment from Schuylkill river and Bartram’s garden gradually filled the frameworks. The dynamic accumulating process changes the thin garden to a thick edge which blur the boundary between bank and river, sediment and suspension, past and now.
