Realty firm Elan Group on Friday said it has closed an arrangement to purchase 40 sections of land in Gurgaon from Indiabulls Real Estate and will construct projects worth Rs 10,000 crore. In January, the organization reported the acquisition of around 40 sections of land in Gurgaon from Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (IBREL) for Rs 580 crore for the advancement of lodging and business projects.

The 40-section of the land package at Sector 106 in Gurgaon is completely authorized.
