Brat wurst is a German dish of thick homemade sausages. Zweiter Stock serves Brat wurst with mashed potatoes and Sauerkraut as well - though don’t be surprised at how large the servings are. The sausages are many in number and thick in size. Made on site in Zweiter’s very own kitchen, these sausages taste best when dipped in the chef’s special mustard sauce, a mixture sweet and sour in taste, thick and creamy in texture.

Paired with two traditional German side dishes, mashed potatoes and Sauerkraut (pickled slices of cabbage), this schnitzel pairs wonderfully with Zweiter Stock’s German beer.
