The project consists of a commercial land, a cultural and sports land, a number of residential land and an urban park covering an area of 100000 square meters. Around the plot are mainly young families and college people. The main purpose of the business is to create a new urban landmark integrating Nanchang's long and rich history, natural culture and new generation of lifestyle by introducing catering, retail, supermarket, cinema, and children's entertainment.

Deduction Process The shopping center is located at the intersection of Shuanggang West Street and Junji Road, with the main entrance facing the flow of people in the urban area. The commercial block is L-shaped, located in the north and west of the plot, facing the city park, forming a relaxed shopping and leisure environment with the park. The northwest corner of the plot is enclosed to form a 1000 square meter performance square, which becomes the outdoor space focus of Commerce. The underground is composed of 17000 square meters of commercial and two-story motorized garage.

Design Achievements Ecological business center in the park The purpose of the project is to show the closer interaction between business and urban park;more pleasant commercial street block scale;multidimensional traffic connection towards the park; the creation of three-layer terrace dining space and the mutual relationship between the interior space of shopping center and the park.So how to integrate the natural landscape of the park into the business, make shopping a relaxing and beautiful experience is our reflection about what role the shopping center should play in human life after the COVID-19.
High fitting humanistic business center Nanchang's climate conditions determine that people are more willing to shop indoors in rainy weather and hot environment. Through the accurate analysis of the surrounding customers, we create four unique boundless social spaces for college students, urban white-collar groups, emerging family groups and subway passenger flow groups, so as to make it a unique urban social living room in the economic and Technological Development Zone.
COMMERCIAL STREET Natural Ecology Social Space he commercial street breaks the rigid interface of the two-story volume through the staggered volume, forming a commercial building scale with afÞnity. The arch element is introduced to create a unique architectural image, making it a unique commercial building image in Nanchang

The overall scale of this project is 400 ha, which is located on the west coast of Qingdao. It is an innovative technology new city project developed by railway west station. This block is the start-up area, including a 5000 ㎡ science and technology experience hall and two 100 meter high office buildings.

We hope to reflect Qingdao's green sea and blue sky, fresh and pleasant urban characteristic. The design concept takes "green ocean wave". Rising from the ground, the free lines and the green public space form a space link and interweave with the architectural form.

The science and technology experience hall is located in the southeast corner of the site, facing the City Central Park. The building is divided into 530 ㎡ Sinochem technology exhibition hall, 18m * 23m giant city model, large ladder, shared office and other functional scale spaces by the undulation of roof and ground. It is a public living room. The indoor green space and the application of intelligent technology show a new concept of urban development. The division of these spaces and wave like a section present to this city.

项目定位 该项目把握基地的“商、文、水、绿”几大特质, 构建起自然、人文、城市生活的诗意脉络 构建城市网红打卡地 微旅游度假目的地。
MASTER PLAN
项目地块自东向西的平均长度约 600 米,自南向北最短 80 米, 最宽 150 米,以西与城市人流道西清路相邻,因此,在西清路路 口设定了一个动线起始点,导入干道人流和西侧双清湾人流和南 侧的购物中心人流,动线的另一侧对接城市公园绿地,结合亲子 中心业态打造成为儿童公园。按照厚度划分策略 ,2-1 地块为单一 鱼骨状模式,结合滨水道路形成单层网格。动线开端布置电影院 业态作为城市地标,动线中端布置婚礼堂形成精神中心,动线末 端连接 2-2 地块的动线主入口;2-2 的模式为环型洄游模式,起 点处均设置聚客广场,同时动线在 2-2 的中心位置设置戏台广场 作为动线的高潮点。
