1.CLOSED-LOOP SYSTEM OF ECOLOGICAL RESOURCES"ICE" RESTAURANT DESIGN Individual Work

With the rapid improvement of people's living standards, the food supply is extremely rich, and food waste is becoming increasingly serious. Food waste not only means throwing away a lot of food, but also the inefficient consumption of water, energy, land, and means of production used to produce these foods, as well as additional large emissions of greenhouse gases. In addition, the disposal of these kitchen wastes has also brought tremendous environmental pressure to the majority of cities. This project is based on the current situation of serious food waste, combining the ancient Chinese saltpeter icemaking technology to transform the waste resources into a closed-loop system, and designed a restaurant for customers to visit, eat, and have educational and warning significance. Through the small ecosystem of pigeon excrement making saltpeter and saltpeter making ice, the issue of reasonable utilization of waste resources is explored to create more opportunities for sustainable environmental protection purposes.

THE FERMENTATION PROCESS

SYSTEM CYCLIC RELATIONSHIP Add wood ash and water and stir into wood ash water. wood ash water

pour the wood ash water a little at a time into the saltpeter ley until the white cloud is no longer produced. Then allow the mixture to evaporate.

pigeon excrement

1.The saltpeter bed should be turned over to a depth of five or six inches every week, and the whole heap turned over every month.

The ceiling can spray water down to pull almost all of the salts out of the nitrified earth.

2.When this efflorescence appears the top couple of inches of material is separated and placed in its own heap where it is continued to be kept moist .This process continues until most, but not all of the bed has been removed. The remaining is left and used as a catalyst for the next batch of saltpeter.

3.The removed upper efflorescence part is transferred to the conveyor for the next operation.

Under the conditions of no sun and no rain, collect a large amount of pigeon excrement and keep pouring urine to keep it moist. The whole process takes 7 months. In the last few months, only add enough water to keep the bed moist .As the bed ripens, the saltpeter is brought to the surface by evaporation, and appears as a whitish efflorescence, which is called nitrated earth.

Remove the upper efflorescence and transfer it to the filter by conveyor.

Add water(nitrated earth: water = 2: 1) to leaching the nitrated earth. Stir, let sit, filter, and repeat 5-6 times. In this way, almost all the salts are separated from the nitrated earth and are present in the filtrate (water).

When the saltpeter can no longer absorb heat after the dissolution is completed, the recovered saltpeter solution enters the boiler again to make saltpeter, which can be used indefinitely.

CLOSED LOOP SYSTEM Boil the saltpeter ley for several hours and concentrate the liquid to remove all solid impurities in the process (if done well, there are no impurities).

When the concentration has reached almost the point of saturation, the ley must be allowed to cool down in the condenser and crystalize.

Ice ďźˆto keep meat fresh

Put clean water in the middle container, add saltpeter in the surrounding water, saltpeter will dissolve and absorb a lot of heat, then the water in the middle container will be frozen, and pigeons and trotters will be It is used to store saltpeter. put on the ice for customers to It will be taken from here purchase. when needed.

Separate the water from salt crystals from saltpeter crystals and dry the saltpeter crystals before sending them to the saltpeter storage tank.

There is a large amount of saltpeter in pigeon excrement. Saltpeter can be dissolved in water to absorb a large amount of heat to make ice. Pigeon excrement can also be fermented to feed pigs. Pigs, pigeons and ice can be supplied to restaurants. The leftover pig bones can be shredded into mineral feed for pigeons.

SPACE EVOLUTION

This is a multi-functional restaurant that combines catering, sightseeing, and rest. It not only provides the basic requirements of costumes, but also uses different elements and installations to improve experience and enhance sensory enjoyment. It uses materials and decoration to distinguish spaces, and creates a multi-directional function and style experience to achieve a higher level of spatial communication and human experience.

By letting customers personally feel their own waste and the "contribution" to the total amount of waste, the restaurant has formed a good atmosphere of extravagance and waste, and passed the concept and consciousness to customers, playing the role of education and warning.

2.When the customer finishes eating, the leftover food will put on the scale and weigh the value.

2.INFORMATION AUTOMATED GIFT WORKSHOP Individual Work

When was the last time you have received a "gift"? In this era of convenient information, no matter what is convenient, choosing and ordering are just things that move your fingers, but there are fewer small fortunes and small surprises. When everyone survives from modern information, I hope that people can have a practical place to operate, take advantage of disadvantages, make full use of information technology, and transform what they are interested in on the Internet into real gifts and give them to others to achieve personal value and social significance.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION With the change of technology, the Internet APP has developed to the extent of media such as newspapers, televisions, and radios. A mobile phone can perform various functions and do various things. The development of information technology has indeed promoted social progress and enabled us to have better conditions to enhance our understanding of the world. However, the age of information is also full of sundry information. These scattered and entertaining information will attract and interfere with us and delay time. Everyone is caught in the whirlpool of hotspots and traffic, making life boring and mentally exhausted.

SITE ANALYSIS The 798 Art District was originally the site of the old factory of the electronics industry such as the former stateowned 798 factory. With the advent of the wave of reform and opening up and globalization, a large number of artists and literati have moved in this area. It not only includes cultural industries such as design, publishing, exhibition, performance, artist studio, but also service industries such as boutique home, fashion, bar, catering and bakery. Today, at least 300 artists from 798 live directly in the 798 Art District or use the 798 Art District as their main artistic creation space. It has also become a place for many art lovers.

3.UNDERGROUND TOURIST CITY IN HIGH TEMPERATURE DISASTER Individual Work

Due to the industrial, economic, and living problems caused by the rising global temperature, I made an assumption that the average temperature on Earth would rise by 3°C in the next 30 years. Thereby, I planned a new underground city in Las Vegas where the environment would be harsh given the temperature change. The underground city is for tourists to visit and live. It is very large, so only one single mode has been designed here. This single mode combines the current situations of Las Vegas, and assuming the single mode is successful, it can be bulk copied and customized for different cities, expanding worldwide.

4.CHINESE MEDICINE BATHS IN CHANGBAI MOUNTAIN Individual Work

Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of thousands of years and plays an important role in Chinese medical culture. It has magical effects. Based on the advantaged natural conditions of Changbai mountain tourist scenic area, I use the local rich traditional Chinese medicine, mineral water resources and materials as raw materials. The solid partition used in the previous interior design was broken in the design. And use trees and smoke as visual barriers. Make customers and nature harmonious integration and get along, and enjoy the natural process of traditional Chinese medicine health, in order to promote their physical and mental health.

Different Chinese medicines grow in different height ranges. They have different effects and are aimed at different populations. This project selects several Chinese medicines that can grow at the same altitude to be used for bathing, and classifies a part of Chinese medicine for different genders of men and women. The medicines with similar efficacy can be put into the same bath.
