The interruption which results in the terrible condition of Mjiagou River appears intensively in winter and spring.It always makes the water smelly and the river dry up.

Renovation of Majiagou River To different causes of pollution of Majiagou River, corresponding methods are used in this scheme.The riverway is widened,meanwhile,some pieces of wetland are placed in order to manage the pollution from industrial wastewater. At the same time,the flow velocity is slower and harmful impurities are able to be intercepted and disintegrated. Sanitary sewage and rainfall pass through the terraced field for purification and then flow into the ecological lakes to finish deep purification.Water in the lakes would inpour into the river,in this way ,the cutoff of Majiagou River will be remitted.Moreover,these ecological lakes and several devices have aeration function which can increase the oxygen content. In this way,organics in water finish oxygenolysis.The methods above are arranged in campuses,so tourists,students and teachers are capable of watching the process of purification here.

Rainfall and sanitary sewage are purified in the terraced filed and finish sadimentation in the ecological lakes(with wetland).Visitors are able to watch the process of water purification on the footbridge above the lakes.
In order to insure there are adequate oxygen in the river for creatures to exist,several divices for aeration are mounted along the riverside.Oxygen can be dissolved into the water and then harmful substance can be oxidated and resolved.
To purificate the sewage from upstream,the main solution is setting wetland to filter the impurities and organics in the water and liberate benificial substances for creatures like fish.

Module Garden Botanic Garden Renewal Sep.2017-Oct.2017 Individual Work In this project,the concept of modularization is combined with greenhouses and plant exhibiton.Traditional greenhouses and museums which were bulky before are transformed into small module greenhouse now.This method is able to make the exhibition space more flexible and bring more possibility.Visitors can choose their own routes freely to enjoy the tour in Oslo Botanic Garden.

Design Strategy The previous site was open,vegetation was planted optionally.So the first step is to divide the site into specific small modules and then plant the trees in them.The second step is to make the small modules more adaptive in order to accommodate the growth of vegetation and provisional exhibitions.Then in the third step,more types of modules,for instance,path modules and rest modules,are installed in the site in order to mould a comprehensive exhibition space.Visitors are provided different visit modes and they are able to choose their own routes and order to enjoy the exhibition.In this way,more function,more joy and more possibilities are set in the site.
