RESEARCH - T h i s p ro j e c t w a s b a s e d o n a competition about creating new type of drug dispenser.As a result, we start from interviewing several small clinic nearby Tainan eastern district.Noting the nurses or some were pharmacists' concerns ,and asking for some advice and wishes.Next, we started using HTA analytical method to go through every step of dispensing drugs. And sourted out the problems we found.

膠帶頭尾相接 connect the head and tail with tape 因為它的藥紙運作的路線是在機台裡 面，所以在換紙的動作上造成很大的 不便，很難將藥紙正確輕鬆地穿過該 走的路線。 分藥入槽 dispense pills to holes 徒手分藥有掉藥和衛生上疑慮。 撕下藥包 tear out the wrapper 現在機型都需要彎腰撕藥包，雖然值 班護士小姐是覺得彎腰沒什麼太大影 響，但是我們還是希望能做到不彎腰 撕藥包。 清潔 clean 清掃部分沒有很嚴謹，頂多拿刷子刷 過藥槽，不知道的人就不會覺得怎麼 樣，但看過分藥機的人多少還是會覺 得不乾淨。

跑車產品語意 racing car product semantics 整體外型 entire look 傳統分藥機給人一種笨重緩慢的感覺，為了改 善這點，我們取自跑車車尾的意象，想做出快速有 效率的感覺，而且為了改善笨重的感覺，結構也大 多外露，主要的機構藏在抽屜裡面，可輕易更換。
細節部分 details 細節部分的產品語意像是按鍵做成齒輪就給人 想要轉動它的感覺，還有出要口是跑車的排煙管， 也是給人有東西要跑出來的感覺。

1. 要盤上的指針隨著調包數的旋鈕轉動而移動到所希望的包數數量位置，給藥師明確的指示該投要到第幾格 的位置 2. 啟動機制為排檔桿的語意，讓使用者很自然的推動 3. 使用介面為跑車儀表板，讓使用者的包藥過程像是在駕駛一部跑車 4. 由於訪談過程注意到原先設計的機台其實在空間中突兀而佔空間，分析診所空間狹窄之外，與藥櫃、櫃台 並無構造上的呼應，導致作業繁瑣無章。桌上型的設計讓包藥的一連串動作包括拿藥、分藥、投藥等等，都 可以在同一平面上完成，減少高低落差造成身體上與精神上的負擔

從超跑的片材組織外殼發想，具有極速和力量的意象，此概念延伸至 機台外型、使用介面與操作模式，達到輕量、高效能的視覺感，而此設計 也依其超跑意象和W字型外觀得名。

草圖發想
發現問題 Problem 1 因為它的藥紙運作的路線是在機台裡面，所以在換紙的動作上造成很 大的不便，很難將藥紙正確輕鬆地穿過該走的路線。 (1.1 檢查藥紙) Problem 2 徒手分藥有掉藥和衛生上疑慮。

Problem 3 現在機型都需要彎腰撕藥包，雖然值班護士小姐是覺得彎腰沒什麼太 大影響，但是我們還是希望能做到不彎腰撕藥包。 (6 撕下藥包) Problem 4 清掃部分沒有很嚴謹，頂多拿刷子刷過藥槽，不知道的人就不會覺得 怎麼樣，但看過分藥機的人多少還是會覺得不乾淨。 (7 清潔)

比賽心得
Talk about the precious experience
第一次參加比賽，其實一開始也不太知道 要朝什麼樣的方向，就一直做自己想做 的，後來看到大家的成果其實有獲得蠻 多，像是去設計一個產品就不能只考慮外 型與功能，也要考慮製造成本，我們在這 方面就沒有特別去考慮，也導致我們的產 品看起來就是很難量產，當然廠商也就不 會考慮，這次比賽雖然沒有得獎，但是學 到經驗也是獲益良多。

START FROM THE BEGINING -for the starters, we did the research of various different kinds of old, second-hand bikes. Finally, we chose the kawasaki b1 because of its body structure and the high rebuilt possibility. After several weeks sketching and remodeling, we faced lots of challenges but still enjoyed the process. As for me, the things you completed with your own hands can be remember for the longest time.

First, we removed the protective paint of the body structure, it sounded easy. But, actually it took us a whole afternoon to get it done. And the smell was a nightmare.

WE FOUND A LOCAL WELDING FACTORY TO HELP US! The first huge problem we faced is welding, we didn't have the equipments and skills. Fortunately, we found a local mini factory could help us for the welding and consultation. Luckily, the boss was quite amiable, talked about many bike things. He was good at modifying bikes and scooters. Thanks to his help that we could go on to the next step.

We a s k e d t h e b o s s t o c u t and welding the body shape according to our design. Emptier middle vision feeling and the sharper tail form. We also changed the rocker arm to make the whole looked longer, and it enable us to change to a bigger tire. What's more, we lowered the handle to make the riding pose leaning forward.

COMPONENT ASSEMBLING After the big cutting part was over, we started thinking of what exterior components fittings we wanted. Disassembled the old one and switched the new one by our own hand. That was the best and unforgettable part in the whole project. Forcing ourselves to know almost every component of the bikes.We gave lots of efforts but learned a lot.

RESULT
/
Though the process was pause several time due to the budget, exterior form, the component choosing problems and so on, we still made it and the outcome looked just nice. Thanks to two co-designers who worked so hard for this project and didn't quit in the middle. We love bike and we see our bikes as our valentines. I believe that this project was just a beginning. I will definitely make one ideal bike to myself in the future !

PROBLEM FOUND -When we talked about Kansei engineering ,we started from our five s e n s e s . We t h o u g h t t h a t most elders who live alone lack care from their close relatives,especially the sounds from their sons or d a u g h t e r s . A n d we c a m e up with an idea that if the can apear when the elders taking the daily medicines. To r e m i n d t h e m s o m e important information,and also send some greeting to the elders.

SKETCH & CORE CONCEPTS With the growing concern of old men's health,most people tend to pay attention to preventive health care,rather than remedial saving.As a result,we know that there is going to be a huge market in the health food,or we called dietary supplement.Moreover,over half of those users are old people.Consequently,we want to design a product which can improve the sales of dietary supplement and reach the goal of reminding old people in rational side.Besides,we also want the old people can hear the words their children want to tell them in sensible side.We want to combibe health care with feelings,sending warmth to all old people's daily lives, and MAKE IT DIFFERENT!
