CASE STUDY
Leaving the street connecting Kells and Stoneyford south to the river, a green slope separates visitors from the perimeter wall closing the priory to the south. A for tunate interruption emphasizes and enhances the wait for discovery, bringing visitors to a meditative, sometimes ascetic, dimension in the hieratic harmony distinguishing the Irish countryside. The ruins were transformed into a theater while respecting and preserving the original site.

NARRATIVE SPACE RESEARCH
URBAN RENEWAL CITY THRESHOLD NARRATIVE COMMUNITY UPDATES Docks, alleys, palaces, temples, foreign shops, churches, markets and other material elements with unique memories have jointly gathered into the unique memory space of Yingping District, Xiamen City, China. However, under the tide of gentrification and driven by the tide of commodity economy, the process of gentrification has gradually engulfed the original community. The historical events of the site were recorded and translated, and three design strategies were drawn: building narrative buildings to awaken the cultural history of the site, protecting the original cultural symbols of the site such as churches through complementary techniques, and making use of roof space to make up for the lack of public space. The project aims to provide new possibilities for the future development of Yingping District.

With the spread of high-density neighbourhoods, the city's mechanism of functioning as an organism is disconnected... By cutting and stacking parks away from neighbourhoods and transporting them between buildings in high-rise neighbourhoods to become 'public streets' connecting high-rise buildings, people have more opportunities to socialise, more rights to interact with nature, and mental health can be soothed.

PROJECT Ⅳ WEATHER INTERVENTION HURRICANE BARRIER SEA HURRICANE DEFENSE TOWER When hurricanes and tropical storms hit, they are often accompanied by violent winds,heavy rain,huge waves and storm surges, andsometimes can causetsunamis, which have a huge impact on human life. The fundamental function is toextract the low temperature seawater from different depths of the sea floor to the sealevel to control the sea level temperature and change the climate environment through physical action. At the same time,the mega structure has the functions of transit station, fresh water purification,basic living space,atmospheric and ocean observation,etc. The project is a self-sustaining system that will become an effective model for solving the hurricane problem in various countries.
