1850 Building infrastructure to improve the accessibility and networking began in 1850s.
1830 On June 1830 the settlement of swan river colony has begun. Leda, commanded by George Robb dropped anchor in gage roads. Referred to as “hat delightful locality well known as ‘The Hamilton Hills’’
1905
Newmarket Hotel was built in 1905 to cater for workers at nearby Robb Jetty, and throughout the 20th century the coastal area was used to breed and train racehorses, often stabled at Randwick.
Sir William Campion, Governor of Western Australia. The increase in population lead to further subdivisions of large estates and extensions of roads to further connect to Fremantle.
1962 In 1962 Hamilton High school was built to provide education for the upper-class students.

Gold rush caused a boom in the colony’s population, allowing Hamilton to gain unique identity and position to provide food and building materials to cater for the population density.
The Hamilton Hill Memorial Hall looks resplendent. It looks to have been recently renovated. The Hall is on the corner of Carrington Street and Rockingham Road. The building has two Foundation Stones, both were laid on March 21st, 1925.
1982 1976 the Cockburn Historical Society was formed and in 1982 the Azelia Ley Homestead, was classified by the National Trust. The Cockburn Council appointed the Historical Society as custodians

The primary focus is to utilise the minimum site space to accommodate for the schools needs and create a safe space for students to engage physically, socially, spiritually, Emotionally and develop intellectually.
NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OPPORTUNITY
There is potential for vertical construction on the site to maximize land footprint and achieve architectural delight through, views, passive design strategies, natural daylight, all in all enhancing productivity both architecturally and academically.
