ACTIVATE A BUILDING
LIKE XIMEN
STYLE
Get out from the exit of metro Ximen station Raise our head , you will see the big TV to show a movie that full of sound and light. There are full of sound from the people talking, loudspeaker broadcasting commercial, and performer playing the drum. The buildings and street are covered by neon lamps. The big white block which is chain store shine in the street. People walk and search the products in the street. Neon lamps and graffiti dance from streets to alleies. Personalize shop show her style behind street. Ximen continue be covered by color and light from 1970. The mess full of dust stored in lost space. Ximen that is full of vitality and lost space still make up and make noisy.

AD 1905
When Japen goven Taiwan. The goverment plan Ximen be commercial area.
AD 1908
The building named Ximen market finished.
AD 1949
When Chinese Civil War, many soldiers and common people move to Taiwan.
AD 1961
Eight three-story buildings be builded in China rd named China Market in Ximen.
AD 1960~1970
Many company sat up commercial neon lamps on China market. It’s the great place for shopping and leisure in Taipei.
AD 1980
Whole Ximen area became old and more lost place emerged.
AD 2000
The goverment went to renew the Ximen area. Tree-lined aveenue was sat.

It opened in AD 1973. There are mamy more small and more closed shops in every levels. Every students studing in Taipei must had lingered this building. But there are other malls like this becoming lost space later.

melbourne 生活圈的住宅區，獨棟住宅比臨而建，朝北日照面大約 5~6m寬，為一層樓長型街屋，缺乏開窗通風面及自然採光的空間。

1.避開東面曬，強調南北採光的優勢。 • 現有校舍教學樓南北採光為主紋理。 • 配合現有紋理新建校舍皆採南北向採光。 • 可節能，減少熱負荷，創造優良教學環璄。
2.採用開放式合院配置，形成書院及農村聚落型式。 • 院落式配置形成親切小空間，體現小校親切尺度。 • 仿農村的三合院配置，使學生於熟悉環璄中學習， 促進學習效果。 • 非封閉性的合院，使噪音（道路來源或鄰棟教學音） 不易在內庭中滯留，有利教學。
