Achieving both diversity and the largest possible number of villas, in addition, to make units appear unified from both the layout and facades. Each unit design has it,s own advantages whether a larger land area or a great garden area. Villas are designed to keep pace with modern architecture in KSA respecting the style of the region around and the mosque making the tenants feel the Arab spirit.
