No surprise to see big sun belt markets continuing to thrive. Demographics point to mid-size, more affordable cities. Influx of both residential and commercial activity is continuing at a rapid pace.

High quality jobs in technology opening up at these two facilities along with the added skilled operating jobs for electricians, H-Vac and other trades required to run and operate such a powerhouse are added perks.

2023 certainly looks to be a challenging year for all housing industry professionals. Keeping an eye on emerging trends, a flexible attitude will be the ticket. Days on the market and price negotiation will continue the current trend of buyers entering the market slowed to a 2019 or earlier pace.

Over the last year Microsoft has changed the landscape in the Cheyenne Business Parkway by the Christensen overpass and South of Cheyenne along Highway 85 at the Bison Business Park. With the current data center already built in the North-Range Business Park, Microsoft has invested over $1.5 Billion into the Cheyenne economy. The anticipated spin-off growth from this investment will invigorate the local community. Microsoft has already re-invested in Cheyenne with grants and other philanthropic works and resources. Many thanks to all of the industry professionals that have nurtured this progress and for exciting new updates on the horizon.

Community confidence will boost market consistency in areas such as Cheyenne with continued growth in projects such as the expansive presence of facilities like Microsoft. Their investment in state-of-the-art cloud computing facilities is beyond impressive with two new locations under way in Cheyenne.
