Ross is a Minnesota native who has been developing the community of Cheyenne for nearly twenty years. As the CEO of Guardian Companies, he brings over twenty years of vast real estate experience. As the father of three boys he loves watching his sons play sports, and enjoys a well-paired glass of wine with a meal at a local spot.
David is a former Marine Corps Infantry Sergeant and has seen many parts of the world. He finds Cheyenne’s community an ideal place to work and raise his family. He is a member of the Southeast Wyoming Builders Association (SEWBA) and enjoys the group’s passion for providing regional growth. David brings a diverse skill set to the table applying his experience in logistics and operations to keep projects on the path to success. When David is not working, he likes playing his guitars and working on his classic Volkswagen.
Joe has been a builder and General Contractor for 29 years! He is respected in the community as a leader in his industry and has served on multiple local Boards and committees. He appreciates the many opportunities that Cheyenne has to offer. Joe likes to spend his spare time at the gym, riding his mountain bike, hiking, or hitting the backroads in his Jeep with his trusted side-kick hound Sadie.
Sydney is a Cheyenne native, born and raised. She is a member of the South Eastern Wyoming Builders Association (SEWBA) and loves being a part of the building community. She believes Cheyenne is constantly growing and – with its rich history and great values – that it will attract new residents from all over in the coming years. When Sydney is not at the office, she spends her free time in the gym, traveling, and camping.
Ben and his wife Stacie moved to Cheyenne in 2014. They have fallen in love with the Wyoming life style and can’t imagine living anywhere else. He has combined his real estate investment experience with his knowledge of the Cheyenne market to provide top of the line service to his clients. When you buy a home from Homes by Guardian, you are given a final walkthrough, like with any home! The difference with us is it’s more than just a final walkthrough, it’s more of a home orientation; a major benefit to the buyer!
The Homes by Guardian final walkthrough before closing has two parts.
1. Home orientation
2. Blue tape walkthrough
During the home orientation, you’ll walk through the entire home inside and out, being informed on where things are, how everything works, maintenance, care, tips and tricks, etc. From a seasoned home buyer to a first timer, everyone finds this part beneficial. During part 2 you are given a roll of blue tape and it’s your turn to take the reins. We’ll walk through the whole home again and you can put a little piece of blue tape on anything you want fixed before closing. We are usually looking for small things like scuffs in the paint, imperfections in drywall/texturing, etc. We will get all those issues resolved before closing so you are 100% happy with your home when you get the keys.
