THERE'S ONLY ONE #1 In the Cheyenne region, #1 Properties is the finest example of a locally owned and operated business there is. Not only are they the best, they give back to the community through many different sponsorships. Guess that builds good karma, that makes them #1 in this region, way to go #1 Properties! –T/SG

FOOD IS THE INGREDIENT THAT BINDS US TOGETHER They say the best memories are made around the table, and that couldn't be more true! We asked our agents ̶ and were surprised to discover #1 Properties boasts several foodies in our bunch! Read on! I love the Tacos with Picadillo filling at Guadalajara; the meat has fantastic flavor and is so tender! Judging by the amount she gets on her face, my toddler also appreciates their free chips and bean dip! ̶Teri Cassidy I love the Tropical Chicken Pizza at The Office because it’s spicy, sweet, and I don’t feel guilty eating pizza when the crust is a vegetable! ̶Stacie Rayl I really love the Cobb salad at Central Cafe. Simple but satisfying! ̶Codee Augustin I love the Fries at Capital Cuisine because they are hand cut and cooked to order. Their burgers are hand pattied and substantial. Wonderful, honest food made in-

house with no chemical processing. ̶J. Fred Volk I love the special seasonal foods Chef Don at the Cheyenne Country Club prepares. Specifically, his Oktoberfest menu! The Country Club restaurant is a public venue and available to everyone! ̶Kim Brokaw I love the waffles at The Wandering Waffle food truck. They are a family business. All members of the family help. The waffles are incredible and you can always find them at the farmers market in the summer. ̶Pat Rudd I love the Beef Bulgogi and Spicy Chicken at Korean House. Also make sure you get an order of egg rolls (3) which come filled with beef, cabbage, onion, and clear noodles. They provide you with a sweet soy sauce that is amazing. ̶Justin Howell I love the cupcakes at Swirls and Pearls; particularly the carrot cake
We love food almost as much as we love new neighbors; imagine our delight when Dog Haus Biergarten came along! Stop in for the Absolute WÜrst (ha ha!) hand-crafted hormone- and antibioticfree hot dogs, sausages, burgers, plant-based proteins, one Bad Mutha Clucka & craft beer around. All dogs, sausages, burgers and the fried chicken sandwich are served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls, and guests can choose from signature Haus creations or customize from a wide array of unique toppings. Open daily, Dog Haus is located at 3838 Atkin Street, just off College Drive!
and red velvet. They are the perfect choice for those days when you want to treat yourself, just because. ̶Elizabeth Velte I love the Fried Green Tomato Burger at Wyoming Rib and Chop. The combination of blue cheese and balsamic glaze makes my mouth do a happy dance! ̶Jennifer Nelson I love the half-and-half green chile at the Tortilla Factory. It's the perfect amount of heat! ̶Jamie Hunt

Blue is a shade that offers reassurance, confidence, and connection. It's a color long associated with depth and stability. It's considered beneficial to the mind and body, and is known to produce a calming effect. Our thoughts: Classic Blue has got it going on! In the kitchen below, notice that shades of blue make their appearance, but neutral colors - tans, whites, and grays - anchor the room. The herringbone-style subway tiles in the backsplash and over the door connect the varying shades for an overall comfortable and pleasing effect.
