2 exceed expectation & give a truly inspiring educational experience in and through sport, that delivers values that is demonstrated by the actions of all that do.
the 5 key principles
1. enabling diversity We have a program for children aged 4-21 for boys and girls to get active We have our CORE24 Multi sport program giving children diversity whilst establishing movement literacy before specialising in a Sport for life.
2. ensuring quality We currently have a ten thousand hour long term development program and in tandem with our planned environmental sporting facility, bring learning sport to life. We also have an expert team from business advisors to a team of great coaches to realise this plan for development.
3. enhancing partnerships
We have a Franchise model in place to reach throughout the UK and branch into other nations across the world.
4. encouraging community engagement Our program is for the whole family as well as children from ages 4-21. We actively involve parents in everything we do.
Our visions is to employ 21-25 year old trainees and coach them in our principles and help them find a career in Junior development and sports education.
5. enabling sustainability Our 10,000 hour Long Term Development program is all about sustainability and growth, allowing children to fall in love with being active and playing a sport for life. Our business model is one of growth through our franchise plan and building a community of like minded people who all wish to help one another to be their best.
