2. GENERAL INFORMATION At the time of arrival at the accreditation centre in the Austria Trend hotel Ljubljana, Dunajska cesta 154, every delegation will receive a welcome pack containing all the information, starting numbers and accreditation passes, which will allow to entry into the competition hall. The accreditation pass is personal and non-transferable and must be used at all times. In case of losing it, immediately contact the INFO point in the competition hall. Each participant must hold a valid insurance policy. In case of any medical expenses, each federation is responsible for all own costs.


All the necessary information – TRANSPORTATION, TRAINING TIMES, START LIST, LIST OF FINALISTS etc. will be clearly displayed at the hotels and will also be available at the INFO point in the competition hall. It is necessary for tax purposes to take a copy of passports of all the finalists, so please bring them to the INFO point during the Saturday or Sunday morning training. All the accommodation costs must be paid in full at the accreditation centre upon the arrival. No gymnast from the country with outstanding payment will be allowed to compete.

2. ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS All delegations are staying in one of the official hotels Austria Trend or M - hotel – where they also have all their meals if they applied. Meals can be taken according to the restaurant opening times in the respective hotels. Any changes will be clearly marked at the hotels and at the INFO desk. On Saturday evening all delegations are invited to the farewell dinner, which will be held in the Austria Trend hotel. There will be refreshments available in the competition hall for gymnasts and coaches. Judges will be able to get coffee and warm refreshments in the meeting room of the sports hall.


4. TRANSPORTATION Transportation from all the hotels will be provided according to the enclosed schedule. Journey from M-Hotel lasts approximately 5 minutes and from Austria Trend hotel 20 minutes. All the participants with valid accreditation can use city public transport free of charge on the fixed route from the hotels to the competition hall and back. The schedules of public transport will be posted in the hotels. Transportation will be organized from M-Hotel to Austria Trend hotel for the technical meeting. 6. TRAINING AND COMPETITION TIMETABLE General training times are published in the previous section. Please respect that only the finalists can use Tivoli competition hall on Saturday and Sunday morning. Competition will be running according to the FIG World Cup series rules and the FIG technical regulations. All gymnasts have to start in qualifications to qualify for the finals. All the gymnasts have to wear starting numbers. During the qualifications, the gymnasts will have a warm-up in groups of 4, MAG and WAG competition will run independently from each other. Warm-up in the finals will be running during the apparatus finals for the following apparatus. Assistants at the judging tables will time the warm up. Each gymnast is entitled to 30 seconds of warm up, apart from parallel bars and uneven bars, where the available time is 50 seconds. The best 8 gymnasts from qualifications compete in the finals. The hostess will take every gymnast individually to the apparatus and after the exercise to the “kiss and cry area�. The medal ceremony follows immediately after the last gymnast receives his/her score. Only the top 3 gymnasts will attend the awarding ceremony. Gymnasts have to participate at the awarding ceremony in their competition outfit. The starting order for qualifications will be drawn after the official training and will be presented at the technical meeting on Thursday night.
