關渡電影節簡介 Introducing Kuan-Du Film Festival 每年 10 月份由北藝大電影創作學系舉辦的「關渡電影節」，為國內少數由電影學系學生所主辦的影展，旨在讓本系碩班和學班學生在規劃影展的過程中，瞭解影展的各項工作流程與內容，並期待能夠在電影節之各項活動中，促進本系與國際電影學校師⽣交流。

關渡電影節不僅是學生拓展視野、與國際交流的好機會，也讓學生們能夠在電影節中放映作品，與觀眾面對面進行對談，分享創作理念與想法。

「關渡電影節」自 2009 年舉辦至今已進入第九屆，每屆電影節都以不同國家為主題，舉辦觀摩影展節目。過去陸續以以色列、泰國、印度、法國、波蘭、英國、韓國、日本等國為主題國，與各個國家的的電影學校交流，如泰國朱拉隆宮大學及法政大學電影學系、紐約大學悌席（Tisch）藝術學院亞洲分校、韓國藝術大學電影創作學

系、日本映画大學、菲律賓國立大學藝術學院視覺傳達學系、印度國立電影電視學院、印度薩雅吉雷電影學院、法國國立高等影音藝術學校及法國國立當代藝術學校、波蘭洛茲（Lodz）國立電影電視戲劇學院、英國倫敦電影學院 ... 等多所電影學校。

本屆的國際交流單元焦點國家為「以色列」，特別邀請到以色列特拉維夫大學史蒂夫悌席電影電視學院（ The Steve Tisch School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University）的教授與學生前來與北藝大師生互動，除了將

放映史蒂夫悌席電影電視學院的學生與校友作品外，本次帶隊老師 Asaf Zippor 教授也將在影展期間開設兩堂豐富的劇本寫作講座。

另外，今年本屆關渡電影節也很榮幸的邀請到香港演藝學院電影電視學院的教授與學生來到北藝大，除了將放映

精彩的短片作品輯外，也會舉辦香港演藝學院 vs 北藝大電影系的對談講座，讓學生、老師們能夠互相交流學習。最重要的是，本屆關渡電影節延續了去年開始舉辦的「全台影視科系學⽣作品交流展」，廣邀全國各地的影視相關系所參與徵件，歡迎他們的優秀作品來關渡電影節共襄盛舉，希望促使關渡電影節成為臺灣學生影展的指標，作為臺灣學⽣優秀電影作品展現的平台。

Kuan-Du Film Festival, held solely by the Department of Filmmaking, Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA), is a platform for international exchange of TNUA's students with film schools all over the world. In the past eight years we have invited students and professors of K-Arts from Korea, Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University from Thailand, NYU Tisch School of the Arts Asia, Japan Institute of the Moving Image, La Fémis and Le Fresnoy from France, Łódź Film School from Poland, Film and Television Institute of India, London Film School, and many more. This year, we have the honor to invite the The Steve Tisch school of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University to join us once again in the Kuan-Du Film Festival with their brilliant student works. More than that, the head of scriptwriting professor Asaf Zippor will hold two scriptwriting lectures during the film festival. In addition, this time we also have the honor to invite The School of Film and Television, HKAPA to come to the Kuan-Du Film Festival with their stunning short films. Besides, there will be a round table forum between The School of Film and Television, HKAPA & TNUA Dept. of Filmmaking to discuss the filmmaking education. Furthermore, our spectacular programme this year will also include screenings of the excellent student films from around Taiwan. | 關渡電影節簡介 Introducing Kuan-Du Film Festival

國立臺北藝術大學電影創作學系 About the Department of Filmmaking, TNUA 國立臺北藝術大學電影創作學系的前身「電影創作研究所」成立於 2003 年，是以培養劇情長片創作人才為宗旨的專業電影學術單位，分為「編劇」「導演」「製片」三組每年招收十五名學生。

本校於 98 學年奉教育部核准成立「電影與新媒體學院」，並於 99 學年度成立「電影創作學系」，原電影創作研究所改制為「電影創作學系碩士班」。

電影創作學系學士班旨在培養表演、攝影、錄音、剪輯、美術、後製特效領域之專業人才。104 學年起學士班分

為「甲類」（表演組）與「乙類」（技術與美術組）兩類招生。同年學士班新成立「學士後電影美術學士學位學程」，多方面投入培養國內劇情片與電影產業的專業工作。

103 學年度起電影創作學系碩士班開始招收有志創作紀錄片的學生。104 學年起，碩士班分為三年制「電影創作

組」（合併導演、編劇、製片組，每年招收 12 名學生）及兩年制「電影史與電影產業研究組」（每年招收三名學生）分別招生，為臺灣電影產業培養電影研究與創作的專業人才。

The Department of Filmmaking at TNUA was first established in 2003 as the Graduate Institute of Filmmaking. Since 2010, the department was established and has opened to undergraduate admissions, offering complete film school training. The graduate master of fine arts (MFA) program focuses on elevating filmmakers in their scriptwriting, directing, and producing. Fifteen local students and more than four from abroad enrolled in the MFA programs each year. The outcome of the 4-year program has been with proven creative high-quality productions for the Taiwanese and international film markets. Since 2014 the graduate program has expanded to include documentary filmmaking. In 2015, the graduate program was reorganized to include a 2-year Cinema Study (with concentration on Asian film history and film industry) master of arts (MA) program and a 4-year Filmmaking master of fine arts (MFA) program. The undergraduate courses, with a special emphasis on building up student's skills in the craft and art of cinematography, art direction, editing, sound design and sound recording, post-production and special effects, and film acting, was established in 2010. Since 2015, a 2-year post-graduate production design bachelor of arts (BA) program is founded to train students who has already earned a BA degree arts and the craft of film and television production design. The Department of Filmmaking, with helps from local film community, aims to cultivate talents needed by the film industry in Taiwan.

From the Dean of the School of Film and New Media

「電影」不論作為一種藝術或是一種娛樂，它之所以能夠打動人心，是因為創作者在拍片時注入了「對於人的

關懷」。我們可以從一個小人物的故事中，看到一種普世價值的情感，它可以牽動我們的情緒、勾起回憶、使我們或認同或否定，無形之中，我們都陷入了電影扣人心弦的魔力。

一直以來，關渡電影節都秉持著多元交流的精神，提供豐富的影人座談、專題講座等，使觀眾能與創作者做最

直接的對話。今年的主題國家是以色列，以色列是一個既熟悉又陌生的國家，我們邀請到 3 位來自以色列特拉

維夫大學的貴賓，將與北藝大的師生及觀眾們切磋互動，讓我們可以向這個異鄉文化，好好地學習，拓展視野。

同時也邀請到香港演藝學院的作品，參與盛會。除此之外，電影節也廣納來自全國優秀的影視科系學生們的作品，齊聚一堂在北藝大這個平台上播映。讓本校的學生在觀賞校內同學的作品之時，也可以看見外面眾多創作者的作品，彼此相互交流。

本屆關渡電影節所播映的影片，將可看見許許多多新一代創作者對於生命、自身、或整個社會所提出的關心、

價值與質疑。希望觀眾們能在這一年一度難得的電影節盛會中，藉由這些多元豐富的作品，找到屬於自己所關懷的人事物，理解他人的同時，也更加暸解自己。

Filmmaking, whether it be a form of art or type of entertainment, has always been able to touch hearts and

evoke emotions. The filmmaker has incorporated their regard for others in the process of creating, and so we are able to see the universal value of emotion through the life of a character. This which then evokes our

own, bringing back old memories. We then subconsciously make our own decisions to either empathise or disagree with these values, unwittingly being hooked by the magic of films.

Kuan-Du Film Festival has always maintained a spirit of exchange and diversity between filmmakers. There will be a multitude of talks, seminars and other platforms for interaction during the festival. This year's

theme is Israel, a well-known but unfamiliar country. We have invited three special guests from The Steve Tisch School of Film & Television at TAU to join us in exchange of culture and filmmaking. We are also

joined by honorary guests from The Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, who have contributed their selected works to KDFF. In addition to this, outstanding works by film students from all over Taiwan will also be showcased here at TNUA. Thus arises a wonderful opportunity to appreciate and learn from one another.

This year's showcase at KDFF will inject a fresh wave of new ideas and perspectives from this generation of filmmakers into society. I hope that those of you joining us at this esteemed event will be able to discover the underlying values behind each character/story and also at the same time, discover your own.

自 2009 年開始舉辦以來，「關渡電影節」不僅已成為國立臺北藝術大學「關渡藝術節」的一項特色活動，更已成為臺灣主要影視相關系所同學彼此互動的平台，也是北藝大電影創作學系與世界各地電影學校交流的重要管道。

本屆關渡電影節我們很榮幸能邀請到本校的姐妹學校－即以色列重要的電影學校「特拉維夫大學電影電視學

院」（The Steve Tisch Schoolof Film and Television in Tel-Aviv University) 與「香港演藝學院電影電視學院」－的老師與學生代表來到關渡電影節，放映其學生作品及與本校師生進行教學交流活動。這兩所電影學校近年來培養出許多個該地區重要的電影創作者，其教學方式值得我們特別關注與學習。

本學系歷屆畢業生在臺灣電影界一直有許多機會參與本地電影產業，創作一些重要作品。其中一位原本在籌備

執導其首部劇情電影長片的劉振南同學，不幸於去年意外去世。劉同學與北藝大電影創作學系有非常深遠的淵源（包括他曾報考數次碩士班），尤其他在取得導演組藝術碩士學位 (MFA) 之後，竟還回頭考入本學系學士後電

影美術學士學位學程，繼續鑽研電影美術專業！雖然有人說「演戲的是瘋子，看戲的是傻子」，但振南對電影的瘋狂熱情與好學遠遠超越一般電影創作者，令人感動。本屆電影節將選映一些他在學時期的習作及其所創作的電

視單元劇、電視電影作品，以向他表達我們全系對他永遠的懷念與感佩。（此地特別感謝劉家家人，尤其是劉思妤小姐對於此次劉振南電影回顧專題的鼎力支持與協助。）

Held since 2009, KUAN DU FILM FESTIVAL (KDFF) has become not only one of the major event of the annual

KUANDU ARTS FESTIVAL held at Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA), but also the platform for students of TNUA and the film and television schools in Taiwan to interact with each other. It is also an

important channel for our department to exchange scholarly with other renowned film schools in the world.

This year we are honored to have the teachers and students from film schools of two of TNUA's sister universities in Asia, The Steve Tisch School of Film and Television in Tel Aviv University in Israel and the Film and Television School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Hong Kong, to join us in the KDFF and

conduct various exchange activities with our students and teachers. Both film schools have produced many renowned filmmakers in their own areas recently. We should be able to learn a lot from their teaching and learning methods.

In the past 10 years, the graduates and students of the Department of Filmmaking at TNUA have always had the great opportunity to write/direct/produce feature films and/or television dramas in Taiwan. Vincent LIU, one of such students of ours, was preparing his first feature-length film before his accidental

death last November. Vincent had a very special and long-lasting relationship with our department. He had

unyieldingly applied to our graduate program several times before finally was accepted. After receiving his MFA degree in film directing, LIU returned several years later to apply for entering into our two-year undergraduate program for training in production design. Even though people in the performing arts

business are usually considered "nuts" in traditional Taiwan society, Vincent's crazy passion for filmmaking,

however, is much stronger than most of us. To pay respect and in honor of him, we have selected some of his student works and TV movies to screen in this year's KDFF. With deep gratitude, I like to thank Vincent's family, especially Ms. LIU SI-YU,for helping making this special screening possible.

入場時間 Admissions

電影開演前 10 分鐘開放入場，座位有限，請依序排隊入場。長片開演 15 分鐘後禁止入場。短片集放映期間如需入場，請依照現場工作人員指示。

Admissions will start 10 minutes before the screening. As seats are limited, lining up on time is advised. Latecomers will NOT be permitted into the cinema beyond the first 15 minutes of the lengthy motion picture screening. If you need to be entertained during the Short Films set screening, please follow the on-site staff.

With the exception of the Open-air Screening, all the screenings and forums take place in the cinema on the 3rd floor of Arts and Activity Complex Building, Taipei National University of the Arts. (Room K301)

每部劇本就像小孩玩連線遊戲時，點與點間接在一起的瞬間。而我們要如何選擇這些「時刻」？我們無法寫下關於英雄的所有事情，而是需從一個點跳到下一個。在這個講座中，Asaf Zippor 教授將在現場帶領創作者尋找並建構劇本中的戲劇性時刻。 Each dramatic script is made up from moments like a children's paintings of "connect the dots". But which "moments" would we choose for our script? We do not write everything that happens to our hero, we "jump" from one dot to the next one. In this lecture we will learn how to look for dramatic moments and how to build those dramatic moments.

當我們看戲劇寫作時，將會發現每一件戲劇劇本都是由許多戲劇性時刻所構成。Asaf Zippor 教授將分享如何從非線性故事線看戲劇性敘述，思考並寫出一部不是劇情推動劇本，而是由戲劇性推動的劇本。使用戲劇性時刻，是最適合新媒體和電視的方法。 As we look at dramatic writing we find that every piece of dramatic writing is made of dramatic moments. We will learn how to look at dramatic narrative not through linear story lines, but to consider and write not plot driven scripts, but dramatic driven scripts, using dramatic moments, best suited for new media and tv.

步行 By Walk

於捷運關渡站下車，二號出口出站後右轉，經關渡國小至中央北路，沿中油加油站旁的學園路往上走，直行不進北藝大校門，過校門口後往上走約 100 公尺即為藝文生態館。

From MRT Guandu Station Exit 2, turn right and go to Zhongyang N. Rd besides Guandu Elementary School. Walk up the hill along the Hsuen-yuan Rd, next to a gas station. After walking 100 meters by passing the front gate of TNUA, you'll see the the Arts and Activity Complex Building on the right.

公車 By Bus

於捷運關渡站下車，一號出口出站後右轉，至公車候車處：

①搭乘北藝大接駁車，於「鷺鷥草原站」下車，穿越鷺鷥草原即為藝文生態館。 ②搭乘紅 35/ 紅 55 公車，於「北藝大藝文生態館站」下車。 ※ 公車時刻表請參考 P.86 附錄。

Take TNUA shuttle bus or Red 35, 55 public bus (MRT Exit 1 on the right). Please refer to the Bus Schedule on page 70.

自行開車 By Car

由臺北市出發，直行承德路七段接大度路至中央北路右轉，見中油加油站左轉學園路，直行可達校門口。

1. From Sec. 7 of Chengde Rd., turn left on Dadu Rd. and turn right at Sec. 4, Zhongyang N. Rd. Turn left at gas station on Hsuen-yuan Rd. up the hill. 2. From the intersection of Sec.2, Chongqing N, Rd., take the Zhoumei Highway towards the intersection of Beitou. Turn left from Daye Rd. at Sec. 3, Zhongyang N. Rd towards Sec. 4, Zhongyang N. Rd and turn right at the gas station to the Hsuenyuan Road up the hill.

停車資訊 Parking

北藝大於上午 7:00 至晚間 23:00 開放外車進入，平日收費汽車 20 元 / 小時，機車 10/ 次。

The TUNA main entrance on the Hsuen-yuan Road is open for public vehicles from 7am to 11pm. For vehicles without permit issued by the University or having expired permit, a NT$30 hourly charge will be levied. Motorcycle will be charged for NT$10. Free Parking is allowed for less than 30 minutes. Parking more than 24 hours is prohibited. Transportation 交通資訊 |

Asaf Zippor 擔任總編劇的小品《The Chamber Quintet》在以色列發行後被評為國家

經典代表作品，並在德法公共電視台 ARTE 播出，並在國際上獲得許多獎項（其中包括蒙特勒的 Rose d'Or)

Asaf Zippor 所寫 41 集喜劇電視劇作品《The Bourgeoisie》在各大電視台反覆重播，

很受歡迎。連續劇作品《In Treatment》曾被翻譯成英文，售賣予美國 HBO 電台，獲得廣大迴響，並在國際上獲得許多獎項。其中飾演心理學家的 Dianne West 獲得了艾美獎，其角色也是由 Asaf Zippor 原創。

Asaf Zippor 擔任了許多以色列電視節目的劇本編輯，包括拿到奧斯卡提名的《Ajami》和短片《Aya》。

Asaf Zippor was head writer of "the chamber quintet", a satirical sketch show that became a classic in Israel immediately on its release, It won international awards (including rose d'or at Montreux Festival), and was broadcast on the French-German Channel ARTE.

Asaf Zippor wrote all 41 episodes for the series "the bourgeoisie", a drama-comedy series that was extremely successful and is constantly rerun on the various channels.

Asaf Zippor wrote for the Israeli series "In Treatment", which was translated into English and sold

to HBO where it received great acclaim and many awards worldwide. Dianne West, who played the psychologist to whom the lead character goes to therapy, received an Emmy for the role that was originally written by Asaf Zippor.

Asaf Zippor served as screenplay editor for many television shows and Israeli features, including the Oscar nominee "Ajami" and the Oscar nominee for short film "Aya" Asaf zippor has written two novels and a collection of short stories.

編劇以及導演。畢業於特拉維夫大學史蒂夫悌席電影電視學院。在她的兩部短片《Wax

Hurts》(2001) 和《Visiting Hours》(2005) 在坎城影展獲得優秀的成績後，她完成了自

己人生中第一部劇情長片《She is Coming Home》(2013)。這部片在 2013 年的耶路

撒冷電影節上成功拿下了最佳新劇情長片、最佳女主角和最佳攝影三項獎項，也同時拿下以色列奧斯卡獎最佳女配角獎項。Maya 是著名電影《Sand Storm》的劇本編輯，這部片獲得以色列電影學院獎的最佳劇情片獎項和日舞影展的世界劇情片評審團大獎。

2016 年她共同創作了《Heroine》這部劇情長片，並擔任美術指導職位。這是一部有五

Screenwriter and Director. Graduated of The Steve Tisch Film & TV School, Tel-Aviv University. After the success of her two short films in Cannes festival Wax Hurts (2001) and Visiting Hours (2005) Dreifuss had completed her debt feature She Is Coming Home (2013). The film won Best First Feature Film, Best Actress and Best Cinematography at the Jerusalem Film Festival 2013 and won Best Female Supporting Role at the Israeli Academy Awards. Maya is the script editor of the award winning film "sand storm" which won the Israeli academy award for best film and the world cinema prize in Sundance. In 2016 she co-created and artistically directed " Heroine" a full length feature film comprising 5 short stories written and directed by five women directors. The film participated in Haifa film festival and will be released in theatres around Israel. Maya is currently teaching screenwriting and directing at Tel-Aviv University and the of beit berl college of arts. she is now working on her next feature film "Highway 65" : it's script won the 2 prize at the Jerusalem international film lab.

香港演藝學院電影電視學院 2012 年 9 月開始四年制學士 ( 榮譽 ) 學位課程、電影製作藝術碩士課程。

學士班課程為期四年，目的為在群體環境下，提供以實踐為主的專業教育，並融入輔助性理論科目，幫助同學更了解及掌握其專業工作範圍內的知識和技術。

為同學們提供電影電視方面具國際水平的培訓，培養他們成為電影電視及相關行業的專才。主修科目有：製作管理、導演、編劇、攝影、剪接、音響。

課程以專業角度解釋不同類型的影視製作，同時力求了解其他相關的專業範疇。課程強調團隊合作，由第一、二個學年開始的習作，逐步擴展至第三年的製作項目，以至第四年的畢業作品。

兼備學院內及跨學院的選修課程。同學們可以修讀其他學院、人文學科系、語文系及表演藝術教育中心提供的不同範疇及領域的科目。

電影製作藝術碩士則分為 2 年全日制及 3~4 年兼讀制。有紀錄片、劇情短片、劇情長片論文習作課程。

首屆碩士學位劇情長片論文習作《一個複雜的故事》於 2013 年第 37 屆香港國際電影節首映，2014 年 1 月 16 日在香港公開放映。

畢業生作品有：《點對點》、《河上變村》、《黃飛鴻之英雄有夢》、《無涯：杜琪峰的電影世界》、《小學雞大電影》、《十年》、《樹大招風》、《救疆清道夫》、《骨妹》

School of Film and Television,The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts has started 4-year Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) Degree programme ,Master of Fine Arts in Cinema Production programme since Sept 2012. This is a four-year programme offering a practical specialist education within a group context. Supporting theoretical studies are also incorporated to allow students to better understand the context within which they are working. The degree programme delivers film and television education programmes in training students to international standards in preparation for entering professional careers in film and television and related industries. There are six major studies:Production Administration,Directing,Screenwriting,Cinematography,Editing,Sound. Different types of film/TV production are dealt with from the angle of the specialist whilst striving for an understanding of all specialisms. The importance of cooperation is kept central through joint projects growing in scale from 1st and 2nd year exercises via 3rd year productions to 4th year graduation projects. The programme also provides both school and academy-wide elective courses and students can choose from a very broad range of courses and from a variety of disciplines from other schools, Liberal Arts, Languages and Performing Arts Education. Master of Fine Arts in Cinema Production programme is divided to 2 years Full-time and 3-4 years Part-time. There are documentary,narrative short and thesis project courses. The first Master Degree Thesis Project 《A complicated story》world premiered in the 37th Hong Kong International Film Festival in 2013 and released in Hong Kong cinema from Jan 16, 2014. 高希倫教授 Professor Helen Ko

高希倫，香港理工大學設計系文憑畢業，英國布魯內爾大學 (Brunel University) 教育榮

譽學士，香港城市大學傳播與新媒體文學碩士。1993 年加入香港演藝學院電影電視學院，現職高級講師，主要執教電影電視製作相關課程，同時亦策劃、指導超過 25 部本

科生及碩士生的機構委約作品，包括劇情短片、電視廣告及紀錄片，也曾籌劃、設計、主講多個電影電視相關的公開講座及工作坊。

Helen KO joined The Hong Kong Academy For Performing Arts in 1993 and is currently Senior Lecturer of Film and Television Programme. She teaches a variety of courses at the undergraduate level, centred around film and television production. In addition, she has also coordinated and supervised more than 30 undergraduate and postgraduate commission projects in short dramas, TV commercials and documentaries. She has been coordinator, course planner and spokesperson for diverse public lectures and workshops on film and television.

陳偉儀教授 Professor Chan Wai-Yee 在香港出生，長大，受教育。

多年來從事電影、電台、電視劇、舞台劇及小說的創作工作，出版小說、散文二十餘本。小說《拾香紀》獲第五屆香港中文文學雙年獎，多篇中、短篇小說被改編為影視作品。最新出版小說為《年代小說記住香港》、《K》及《全日供應》。

現為香港演藝學院電影電視學院（編劇）高級講師，香港藝術發展局委員及文學組主席。 Chan Wai Yee, also known by her pen name Chan Wai, was born, grew up and received her education in Hong Kong. She is a novelist and screenwriter, with over 20 books published. Her works have been adapted for various films, TV and radio programmes as well as stage plays. Here are few of her books published : - 〈Hong's Tale 1974-1996〉《拾香紀》 (Awarded the First Prize on The 5th Hong Kong Biennial Awards for Chinese Literature in 1999) - 〈K〉《K》 - 〈Our city, Our Decades〉《年代小說記住香港》 - 〈All Day Breakfast〉《全日供應》 Chan Wai is currently - Senior Lecturer (Screenwriting), School of Film and Television, The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts - Council Member & Chairman, Literary Arts Group, Hong Kong Arts Development Council

陳英尉教授 Professor Chan Ying-Wai

教學範圍包括默片歷史、錄像藝術，並指導紀錄片及畢業作品創作。

劇情片作品《浪奔》獲鮮浪潮公開組最佳電影及巨浪獎；紀錄片《另一邊的風景》回顧電影攝影師黃仲標的創作路。另曾參與製作有《十年：自焚者》、《枉少年》，任聲音設計。

Teaching Area: Silent Cinema, Video Art. Documentary Production and Graduation Project. His short film SOMEONE'S RUNNING received the Best Film Award (Open Category) and the Big Wave Award in Fresh Wave Short Film Festival. His beloved documentary works include HUMMING IN THE JOURNEY, which traces the inner world of a poet Wordic, and LANDSCAPE ON THE OTHER SIDE: HONG KONG CINEMATOGRAPHER BILL WONG, which was shown in a tribute programme dedicated to two master cinematographers in the Hong Kong Film Archive.

企業立場，甚至想出了一場假綁架，企圖挽回選情。然而，當這場假綁架到後來漸漸演變成真綁架時，每個人的抉擇又是什麼？

Following the opening of its first plant eighteen years ago, Zhong Wan Petrochemical Co. has helped the city's south-coast prosper industrially. However, the north-coast has been severely polluted as a result. Only a small number of old residents remain living there. Now the time has come for local elections to take place. In order to pull votes and help the business-orientated candidate Guo Wen-han win, the petrochemical firm plan to stage a faux kidnapping. When the kidnapping slowly unravels itself to be a real one, which side will each individual stand on?

1983 年出生於高雄，16 歲移居加拿大。在溫哥華電影學校學習電腦視覺特效之後，回到台灣學習電影，畢業於國立台北藝術大學電影創作學系研究所導演組。作品深受好萊塢 90 年代類型電影影響，帶有強烈的影像節奏，並遊走在善惡之間的模糊地帶。

David Chuang David Chuang was born in Kaohsiung in 1983. He moved to Canada at the age of 16. After studying computer visual effects at Vancouver Film School, he returned to Taiwan to study filmmaking. Graduated from TNUA, department of filmmaking of MFA of directing program. The director’s works are deeply influenced by the 90s Hollywood genre films. The images of his films usually hold a strong rhythm, and wandering between the grey area of the good and the evil.

Heroine 以色列 Isreal | 2016 | Fiction | 87 min HEROINE 是由五部短片結合成的長片，分別由五位女導演負責編導。每一章節的主題即是主角的職業：警察、保母、護士、脫衣舞孃以及導演。職業不只是表面所呈現的，同時是電影的核心，與生活、與女人自身都有著不可分離的關係。我們渴望在每一個獨特片段中，呈現 21 世紀當代以色列女性以及她們的抉擇。

與普遍的看法相反，不管是在電影或真實世界裡，其實不是每個女人都全心貫注在經營感情關係上。

特別是大眾電影和以色列電影的婦女，很少以其主要職業為特徵（即便他們是妻子 / 女兒的角色，或與其旁邊的男子有任何關係）。

我們想要試驗女性與她的職業在電影裡的形象，表達她們想在工作上佔有一席之地的抱負。

我們在構思腳本和想法時，即確定我們要找那些對於我們的生活及行為有女性個人獨到想法的年輕電影工作者。

我們檢查了所選擇的職業是否被定義為男性化或女性化，無論是在職業的本質上，女性必須在男性化的世界（陸軍指揮官）尋找她的地位或傳統上是大多是女性化而少有男性的職業（如護士）。

Heroine is a full length feature film comprising five short stories, written and directed by five women directors. The titles of each episode are the professions of the main characters: The Officer, The Babysitter, The Nurse, The Stripper and The Director. This profession does not serve as an ornament, but is at the heart of this film, inseparable from life, from the woman herself. We aspire to present a singular mosaic, unique and timely, of women and their choices in Israel in the 21st century. Contrary to common perceptions, not all women are preoccupied with relationships, neither in cinema nor in real life. Women in cinema in general and in Israeli cinema in particular are rarely characterized by their main vocation (if they even have any characterization beyond wife/daughter or anything that stands in relation to the man beside them). We would like to examine the cinematic figure of the woman as her profession, occupation of professional aspirations are being expressed in the film. We made sure while sorting the scripts and ideas to choose the ones from those particular young filmmakers who have something to say about the world in which we live and conduct ourselves, from a feminine, personal and original standpoint. We checked whether the chosen profession is considered by definition as masculine or feminine, whether in the essence of the profession there is a masculine world that the woman has to find her way through (an army commander), or a profession that is traditionally feminine (such as a nurse) with the man being absent.

Michal 的出道作品《Barah》在各大影展中獲得許多獎項。其後的兩部短片也曾在各大影展播映，像是日舞影展及洛迦諾影展。

Screenwriter and director.Graduated from Steve Tsich film &TV school,Tel-Aviv university.(TAU) Her debut work ,"Barah" ,won lots of prizes at many film festival. Also her next two short films "Bait" and "Reality, Check" were screening in many festival,such like sundance film festival and Locarno Film Festival. Screenwriter and director.Graduated from Steve Tsich film &TV school,Tel-Aviv university.Driefuss’ two short films "Wax Hurts" and "Visiting Hours" both have a success in Cannes festival. Over the years, Granny Bong-tshio's four children have slowly formed families of their own. Although they all have their own tribulations to deal with in life, they still constantly argue over who has to look after her. One day, Bong-tshio loses her way and unexpectedly manages to win the lottery top-prize. After finding Bong-tshio, their attitude towards her takes a drastic turn. Hoping to please her for their own benefits, visits back home become a more frequent affair. Thus a ridiculous contest of filial piety begins between the family members.

Chinese student Lian has died in a diving accident in Taiwan, and suffocation triggered by an overdose of sleeping pills found in her body is established as the cause of death. Since her half-sister Shin, who lives with her, is an experienced diver, the fact that Shin not only didn't stop Lian going to the event but dived with her makes Shin herself a murder suspect. Their father Sheng, who now works and lives in China, rushes back to Taiwan and meets his estranged elder daughter. Although Sheng keeps Lian's death secret from her mother at first, her disappearance soon alerts her mother. When Lian's mother learns of the news,she hurries to Taiwan, vowing to find out about the truth. Meanwhile, Shin'smother (Sheng's ex-wife) is trying her best to protect Shin. It is an archive of diaries, a collection of stars waiting to be discovered, and also a new kind of commercial TV. True Colors provides a glance into the world of young Israeli girls, who create make-up video tutorial. It is built entirely out of videos the girls have shot, edited and uploaded to Youtube, respecting the artistic form they chose to represent themselves. It is a film about girls in the age of the Selfie and searching of femininity in its early stages, while it sheds light on the great power cosmetic companies have in forming these girls' world.

A tragic love stor y between Helena a young Jewish prisoner in Auschwitz and the SS officer Franz Wunsch. The forbidden relationship resolved in Franz saving Helena's sister out from the gas chambers, back into the living, but the sister's two children are left there to die. As of today, a surprising channel of communication opened between the SS officer's daughter and the children of Helena and Rosa. 劇團要角不辭而別，促使編導緊急找來前任女友排

演，固然惹他現任女友處處生疑，無奈同是劇中主演，唯有迫上梁山演齣宴後「打牌」記。談及情為何物，

立馬入戲，更「無意」地竄改對白，中槍的豈止二人，明刀暗箭之下再不是「純粹話劇團」。

A key actor of the troupe quits last minute without notice which pushes the director to call his ex as an emergency replacement, thus causing his girlfriend's suspicions to arise. As the play unfolds, lines are "unintentionally" changed with both women getting hurt. The "verbal daggers" start flying on stage, both direct and hidden, this is no longer "just" theatre.

Seeing water as water, seeing water as not water. It flows, we watch it flowing, it watches itself, it watches us. The coexistence of liquid and solid states, everything in this time and space will eventually deliquesce into water. The only thing which never changes is change, wandering free in between reality. Will it end up being...just a pool of still water?

斷弦 The Rest 香港 Hong Kong | 2017 | Fiction | 10min 陳澤朗 Chan Chak-Long Jeffery is widely known around school to be an excellent classical cellist, but also the cold "standalone". One day it is discovered by a school band member that Jeffery can also play popular music, so they invite him to join them in their preparation for a contest. Originally rigid and reclusive, Jeffery begins to enjoy the feeling of having friends and working in a team during band practice. However, his mother insists that popular music is a waste of time. She wants Jefferey to leave school and focus on becoming a professional cellist. He eventually chooses to end his life in revolt of her control.

敬而遠之的「獨家村」。有一天，學校的樂隊成員意外發現，原來頌堯也可以演奏流行音樂，遂邀請頌堯加入樂隊，共同為將要到來的音樂比賽努力。本性孤

僻的頌堯投入樂隊排練以後，初嘗友儕群體為自己帶來的樂趣。但頌堯的母親詩媛卻認定演奏流行音樂是浪費時間之舉，迫頌堯退學以專注預備成為專業的大提琴演奏家。頌堯不欲任由母親擺佈自己的人生，最終竟選擇以死來向母親作抗議。

阿珍 A Mother and A Son 香港 Hong Kong | 2017 | Fiction | 10min 梁永豪 Thomas Leung Wing-Ho Jane is a 50 year-old woman whose husband ran away many years ago, leaving her to single-handedly raise their son Kit. Kit is about to take the HKCEE (Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination) but his struggles in dealing with grades and the pressures of society result in Kit isolating himself in the house, wasting away on video games all day. In order to bring up Kit and repay family debts, Jane works very hard as a waitress, tolerating all kinds of tribulations. She hopes that one day her husband will come back and the family will be reunited again. However, Kit's irresponsible actions lead her to make a decision. One that will solve this once and for all.

阿珍是一名五十多歲的婦人，數年前因丈夫家富逃避債項而要獨力撫養兒子文杰，並負上一身債項。文杰是末代會考生，因成績不理想加上不適應社會環境，終養成閒賦在家無所事事，終日打電動的習慣。

Thus, Wei Xiang's father realized the connection between himself and sea. At first, Wei Xiang looked down on the meaning of life, but he had a new perspective of life due to his father's disease. We hope that everyone can think about the philosophy of life and the connection between humans and sea through the Ocean Disease.

Confinements,restrictiveness,and norms born with the society are like towering,insurmountable walls between our desired and us.Throughout our lives,we,dominated by destiny,succumb to many things intertwined in our lives willingly or reluctantly.We give up exercising control of our fates by degrees and drown ourselves in obliviousness toward this situation with time. Are we wimps if we attempt to throw off shackles of military service or are we our own heros by combating established social institutions? From the angle and mental status of N,this film is about struggles and repression in striving between compromises and rebellion when we are enslaved at its harshest by social confinements.

本單元為紀念北藝大電影所導演組畢業校友劉振南導演，將連續放映三場作品。從學生時期各種形式的創作短片、第一部作品即入圍 2011 年台北電影節最佳劇情長片的《我的拼湊家庭》，以及打破公視開台以來最高收視率記錄的《藥笑 24 小時》，一同回顧劉導精彩豐富的創作生涯。

This program is to honor the master alumni of the dept. of filmmaking of TNUA, director Vincent Liu. There will be three sessions of display of Liu's works. The sessions include a various kinds of creative short films which was made by Liu as a student studying in TNUA, his very first feature film"My Transformed Family" which was also nominated as the best Feature film of the year of Taipei film festival in 2011, and the record-breaking of audience rating of Public Television Video Production"24 Hours of Laughter" . Let us sit back and enjoy the impressive works made by director Vincent Liu

throughout his rich career.

劉振南導演 Director Vincent LIU 劉振南，1979 年生於台灣嘉義縣，畢業於台大地理系輔修中文系，後赴日本早稲田大學攻讀文學，回台後曾任職全球第一大美國廣告代理商「McCannErickson」與日本第一大商社「三

菱商事」, 為了電影夢想辭掉工作 , 回到台北藝術大學電影創作所專心創作電影至今 , 並成立莫門特電影有限公司 , 擔任負責人，希望能將人生的每個感動的 Moment 表現出來。

第一部作品《我的拼湊家庭》即入圍 2011 年台北電影節最佳劇情長片，並與《那些年 , 我們

一起追的女孩》一起被推薦為【影展必看十大強片】。第二部作品《飛啊！卡夫卡》獲釜山

中韓電影節最佳劇情片銀獎。並於 2015 年參加金馬電影學院，與學員共同拍攝作品《回家》。《藥笑 24 小時》打破公視開台以來的最高收視率記錄，獲得觀眾喜愛，入圍第 51 屆金鐘獎及 2016 新加坡亞洲電視大獎。

劉振南本身對電影產業非常有自己一套獨特的想法以及見解，具有高度的敏銳度。想拍一些

比較社會性的議題，去反映時代和社會，最重要的是文化研究，去觀察世界，深入民間，從貼近生活的角度來取材，把電影當成是文化，以深厚的文學為基礎，發展兼具藝術與商業價值的電影。

Vincent Liu (born 1979 in Chiayi, Taiwan) graduated with a degree in Geography (minoring in Chinese Language and Literature) from National Taiwan University. He then went on to study Literature at Waseda University in Japan and worked for major advertising firms such as: McCann-Erickson and Mitsubishi Corporation after his return to Taiwan. In order to pursue his dream, Liu quit his job and enrolled in Taipei National University of the Arts to study filmmaking. At the same time, he set up Moment Film Co. Ltd. And wished to capture all of life's special "moments". His first production "My Transformed Family" was nominated for Best Full-length Fictional Film at the 2011 Taipei Film Festival. It was also promoted alongside "You Are the Apple of My Eye" as a part of the festival's top-ten recommended films. "Fly! Mr. Stuck" won the silver award for best drama at the Chinese and Korean Film Festival in Busan. In 2015 Liu participated in the creation of "Coming Home" with other students at the Golden Horse Film Academy. Liu's "Laugh for 24 Hours"broke public TV viewership history, becoming an audience favorite, and received many important nominations at the 51st Golden Bell Awards and the 2016 Singapore Asian TV Awards. Liu had his own unique views on the film industry, and was very diplomatic. He enjoyed incorporating social issues in his films in response to this generation and society. He believed that one of the most important things was to observe the world and cultures through people, gaining a hands-on perspective of life. Film is a type of culture based on literature which can embody both artistic and commercial values.

人無法選擇自己的家人，但總能選擇跟自己比較親近的家人。因為有著共同牽絆，彼此組合成為一個新的家庭寄託。

父母離異的阿銘，從小被阿嬤帶大，正面臨一項裝置藝術比賽最後的徵選機會。每當有家庭聚會時，

阿銘總是推託工作忙碌或者沉默以對。一次母親節聚會，三叔突然住院，為了不要讓阿嬤擔心，阿銘、姑姑與堂妹決定插手幫助三叔並且向阿嬤隱瞞 ...

拼湊家庭跨越了一般家庭形式的限制，構成一個非直系親屬，卻又是當今社會最貼近現實狀況的家庭新關係。

One cannot choose their family but they can choose which family members to be close with. Tied down by similar things, they become a source of support for each other. Ah Ming's parents divorced when he was a child, leaving his grandmother to raise him. Currently facing the final round of an installation art competition, Ah Ming either says he is busy with work or keeps silent during family gatherings. During a mother's day gathering his uncle is suddenly hospitalised, Ah Ming and the rest of the family hide it from his grandmother and give each other support. "My Transformed Family" breaks your traditional idea of a family unit, sometimes the kinship shown between non-immediate family members, is much closer to reality.
