School Year Programs

LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE

Leadership exCHANGE is 21CL’s live leadership training experience held in the first semester of school focusing on exchanging ideas, thoughts, and career opportunities on a range of topics and themes.

In 2020, the one-day summit focused on Civic Engagement & Leadership. Students joined together online to learn about the four pillars of civic engagement, consider their opportunities for civic action and involvement, and connect with community leaders and 21CL alumni who are civically engaged in various ways.

GOIZUETA YOUTH LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

The Goizueta Youth Leadership Summit (GYLS) is 21CL’s immersive leadership experience at the beginning of the second school semester. Our 2021 summit theme focused on construction careers, supply chains, and the logistics industry. The summit engaged students in career exploration and an intensive business case competition with annual summit partner Goizueta Gives, the community-service group of MBA candidates at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Student attendees heard from motivational speakers, networked with alumni, and engaged with their peers in a debate that highlighted 21CL’s “3 C’s”–cooperation, communication, and compassion.
