Purpose & Scope Experienced Texas Criminal Law practitioners will discuss the nuts and bolts of how to handle a criminal case from beginning to end. The Criminal Justice Section concerns itself with substantive and procedural criminal law, law enforcement trends and initiatives, and educating the criminal law bar and the judiciary on such issues. Besides cosponsoring TexasBarCLE’s Advanced Criminal Law Course, it sponsors CLE at the State Bar Annual Meeting and TexasBarCLE webcasts on criminal law matters.
