Spoliation, penal code violations, privacy violations, exposure of both lawyer and client from a criminal and civil perspective; addressing related procedural & evidentiary issues.
Advanced evidence from start to finish. Beginning with preservation techniques, followed by discussion and demonstration of authentication, admissibility and presentation of electronic, virtual and other complex evidence, as well as related advanced discovery techniques, including forms for written discovery, motions and orders. Demonstrations will also include evidentiary authentication/predicates established via direct and cross-examination, as well as evidentiary challenges on voir dire.
