6 House is located in the cottage village of gated community on a site with a slight slope and oak trees. The main advantage of the site is beautiful panorama view of surrounding nature. It was the main idea of the building shape formation, where architectural disclosure of the house aims at the view side of the site. House seems like a single ensemble with the bath by uniting them with cantilevered awnings. Canopy for three cars flows smoothly into the architecture of the house, organically weaving into the composition of the facade. Dark gray colors were used in the house Wall Cladding of the building for that the architecture does not contrast with the environment.Theaccent element of the project is a large stained-glass window in the central part of the main facade, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. Inserts of thermally modified ash of different widths add dynamics to the composition of the facade. role in the project: creation of the concept, development of a detailed project, communication with contractors, author’s supervision.

Nature is not only green spaces but also a certain kind of landscape that prevailed in this area. And when there is a need to make a dwelling, it should become a kind of shelter, but remain part of the existing nature. Panoramic glazing two floors high, thin frames, blurs the boundaries between the familiar room and theThelandscape.canopyover the first floor performed a unifying function. To continue the idea of unity with the landscape, small pebbles are used for the roof of the canopy. Also, pebbles are used in the zone of the entrance area. The dark finishes on the façade are discreet and allow the trees to dominate the overall impression. The result is a solid and austere ensemble with timeless ambition.
The planning structure uses classic functional zoning, where private and public functions are divided into floors. Each bedroom has access to its private terrace.

The house is located on a fairly pronounced relief, so this has left its influence on the formation of the internal space - the kitchen-living room is located lower in relief than the entrance part, and when a person enters the house, the effect of a large space is achieved on the contrast of perceptions.

16 Family is an important part of our life, the time spent with which we value. The clients of the project is a family with adult children who set the task for the architects to build a place for family recreation. A place in the wild forest where you can hide from the city and enjoy the time spent on the lake. Since the design site is densely planted with pine trees, it was decided to make several buildings that were located between dense trees and were connected by a system of paths. On the site, there is a rest house, a bath complex with a swimming pool, sheds for cars, a house for servicing boats, a slip for boats, a pier and terraces on the lake, and a fireplace in the forest. View openings of each building are directed to the lake. In the bath complex, the overflow pool forms the effect of a solid water surface, when, being on the terrace, the pool looks like a continuation of the lake.

The complex consists of several blocks, so several companies can relax without disturbing each Everyoneother.can find an activity that he will like. The landscape is made based on the logic of the superiority of nature over human, where a person can only touch it as if visiting, but not destroy it. The route of the paths is designed based on the location of the trees. Paved paths that do not affect the local environment. The plants used are typical for this region. The coastline was cleared of thickets of wild aquatic plants. The riverside was reinforced by gabion retaining walls. Finishes include corten effect panels and heat-treated wood and slate cladding. Dark facades in the forest do not contrast with the environment and are in harmony with nature.

The site is located in a gated community. The site consists of two combined typical plots. The architects were faced with the task of designing a one-story house for a married couple that would satisfy the needs of each family member. At first sight, the goal is trivial, but the complexity was added by the existing context - the orientation of the site to the cardinal direction, the closeness of two-storey buildings located in the neighborhood, and, as a result, the visibility of the site. Thus, the task was not only to design a house in its typical view but to solve some difficulties. When a person enters a house, he perceives it as a perfect well-going mechanism, feeling the flow of space, where each element is comparable to another. This is a house where there is no separation between the house and the street, where the decoration of the house flows into the interior decoration, separated only by glazing.

The planning structure deviates from the general typology, referring to itself. The house establishes a visual relationship with the outside world but does not fully open. This creates a different way of life and privacy, where its inhabitants can live in their environment, surrounded by the mature nature of the site. This concept is present even at the landscape level - green spaces create a kind of oasis inside the house, and the view from the windows is also aimed at Thelandscaping.projectused the sculpture of the Lviv sculptor Sergii Derkach «The Futur» in the color of stainless steel, about 2 meters high.

A more complex configuration of the volumes of the house in terms of plan allows you to make a rather expressive architecture, which in itself already becomes self-sufficient, and the interior, in turn, continues the general concept.

The interior as well as the exterior are timeless. The long facing brick Kolumba of Petersen makes the house blend very well in the surroundings.
