I joined to workshop team in 17, April. It was

a great experience to participated in a building process. I was involved in all phases of work in this period, I didn’t want to miss something, so a team of DBR gave me oppotunute to try myself at all kind of job. Also, I took part in TED2017 conference. I was surrounded by talented, passionate professionals. My pavilion had a happy life. Participants of the conference used it during breaks, dinners, evening activities to talk, eat and just enjoy the sunny weather. The conference had optimistic, inspired influence to me. New friends and new ideas and new projects!

The key solution in The

school project based on traditional mobile construction systems of nomads’ tents,

YURTA.

That’s system works for hot

walls. It is ecological and recyclable material. Yurta has light timber frame witch faces with pieces of felt. This construction can be build up by one family in couple

Plan

Architecture can give much more than just a building. It gifts the better future. We need

flexible

construction system to satisfy all

requited criteria. It needs to be suit to different landscape and climate. At the same time, the system have to be simple

and clear.

Construction system of Field of Felt School consist of MDF trusses, wooden columns and lathing. All walls are flexible. It makes all construction lighter. Moreover, we can save money by reducing cross-sectional square area of frame elements. The space inside can

change

easily due to fiber baffles.

There is can be several classrooms or one united room for grope activities. All spaces

multifunctional.

For example, canteen

and library can takes the same area. Only kitchen and toilet are constant.

THE WONDERFUL HEART OF SAO PAULO

The Global Schindler Award The concept of SEAGAP wholesale market area development, Sao Paulo, Brazil

The considered territory

surrounded by residential units. There is two favelas and a few other residential groups on the opposite bank of the river. The CEAGESP area should become an important social and urban node point for the city and the center of the surrounding residential units.

site plan

I highlight three main guidelines of area development. They are flexibility, openness, diversity. New district represents multilayer system, where layers of functions overlap and intersect. Each quarter closely linked with the city, but it is compact block charged with public, living and working functions. Open public centers are located at the crossing the main flows. They are represents alloy of park, attraction and public space. Flexibility is realizing through presence of different types of buildings. They are permanent, supplementing, changing, recycling, seasonal, festival, temporary. Their place can change, they can expand and be recycled. It is important to create jobs and workplaces in a new district. We reserve the places for a broad development of small businesses and petty industry. This will relieve road and railway traffic. People will seek into the area instead go out of it. Due to this it will be possible to reduce the width of the road.

The model demonstrates a piece of urban structure. Here are all the basis functional elements of the residential area. This is housing, work, leisure, communication, education. You can walk through the open first level. Maybe you will go to the film screening, or in the public library. Rising above be careful, don’t interfere to the young inventor. He is testing a new flight system. Than we could visit our friend and sit with him on one of the terraces.

REST OF YOUR LIFE Tafer (Hotels&Resorts) The concept of new hotel

The hotel located in the

valley. Inside the gorge, we create artificial nature. While the nature around is still wild. Its ready to meet the brave explorers. Ordinary hotel entertainment area transforms here in the street of. The residential part is forming along the terrain and straight grid; it crosses the gorge and dissolves in nature. We can distinguish three zones with different relationships with nature.
