青春是一隻不斷飛離枝頭的小鳥 那是不安於室，也是尋找未來 那是擺脫徬徨，也是渴求導航 那是嘗試錯誤，也是追尋永恆 那是個體生命的歷程，也是集體世代的洗禮 這一代的青春，誕生於近代以來首見的華人富裕與開放年代 這一代的青春，浸潤於全球化網路連線之中 這一代的青春，立足于直觀的影像感官，而不是文字思辨 這一代的青春，揮灑於宅與潮、草莓與月光、蟻族與魔獸之間 這一代的青春，面臨著疲軟的工業化、過度的金融遊戲與地球升溫的危機 這一代的青春，不需要有二十世紀的革命激情 但必將在二十一世紀擔負起推動社會與世界進步的公民責任

而公民，是一根承載著集體心智重量的枝頭 在這枝頭上，年輕人的近代前輩們 曾經因為青春小鳥的飛躍，而創造出新的公民人格： 第一代青春公民：二十世紀初，一次大戰前後，在歐洲、在拉美、在台灣、在大 陸，他們以生命呼喊推翻帝國、選票平權、抗拒殖民。這是一個單向的、啟蒙的公 民人格：要民主、要科學。 第二代青春公民：在二十世紀中後，戰後廢墟中浴火，為下個世代的社會而重生。 遂有呼嘯全球的自由與解放，牛仔褲、搖滾樂、小紅書與保險套。他們成就了雙向 的、交易的公民人格：給我權利，我給你權力跟GDP。 第三代青春公民：在二十一世紀初，全球化、少子化、網路化與分眾化，他們在手 機前重新評價貧與富、冷與暖、快與慢、老與少、飽與餓，在街頭上發動茉莉花革 命、佔領華爾街、搶救白海豚、點燃烏崁之春。這是一個如風來去的公民人格：有 壓迫、就有行動。 青春正漾，應當有為 當青春的小鳥將要飛向另一個公民枝頭，CNEX【青春有為】年度紀錄片影展，盛情 邀請每一個曾經青春、正在青春與即將青春的朋友，透過紀錄片與活動，禮讚百年 來每一個青春公民世代，歌詠他們的駐步與飛躍。繼而激勵自己在此刻當下，尋找 一個朝向新的公民人格的出路。 那是新世紀希望的枝頭所在。

影展大使 Film Festival Ambassador
韋禮安 Weibird 1987年3月5日 華語流行音樂創作歌手 畢業於國立台灣大學外國語文學系
2009年發表個人首張EP《慢慢等》，2010 年發表個人首張創作專輯《韋禮安首張同 名全創作專輯》，並拿下第22屆金曲獎最 佳新人獎。福茂唱片在韋禮安推出首張專 輯後，立即為他投資千萬，量身打造電影 《什麼鳥日子》。
用音符寫下獨特的社會觀察 韋禮安創作主題充滿人文關懷與社會觀察：除了情歌，韋禮安的作品常常出現 一些對人文的關懷與社會觀察。因為88水災而創作的「外•賴」、「故事」等 歌曲，歌詞寫道：
「飯店往河裡跌倒 人們看著畫面尖叫 有人為保護還被沖掉 大自然真的很奇妙 整個村子不見了 人們開始互相爭吵 他們是不是早該遷調 救災人員只是默默尋找 」
活動資訊 EVENTS
配合時事議題，讓歌曲產生了社會意義的厚度。 另外針對網路世界的言論自由，以及唇槍舌戰的惡意留言 與不負責任的批評，韋禮安覺得人性最醜陋的一面，都在 網路上顯露無疑，然而這也是這個時代的獨特性。因為覺 得這個現象很有趣，所以寫了「轟炸」這首歌收錄在最新 專輯《有人在等》當中。與其他新生代創作型歌手相比， 韋禮安專輯中呈現與眾不同的面向，也更顯現他參與公共 事務的公民意識。

走過各行各業都急速發展的 80 年代，台灣社會於 90 年代初 期開始進入轉型、內省的階段，知名作家小野於 1990 年策 畫《尋找台灣生命力》系列紀錄片，製作團隊走遍各鄉鎮、 城市，觀察並思考台灣在經歷不同政權統治、多種文化洗禮 後，所形成的獨特生命力，並試圖招喚一種由下而上、由公 民自發的革新力量。 本次特別放映選播的第三、四集，分別由農漁業轉型、勇於 創新的中小企業、無殼蝸牛、森林小學、「我愛迪化街」傳 統文化保存運動、飆車族現象，來探討公民意識的覺醒及教 育與文化的累積。在 22 年後的今天再次觀賞，更能體現台 灣社會一路走來的發展歷程，也讓我們思考─當時受訪的蔣 勳、林懷民、侯孝賢、吳念真等藝文工作者所提出的願景是 否都已經實現了呢？

2007 年 11 月 13 日，在弘道老人福利基金會的推動下， 17 位平均 81 歲的長者，開始了為 期13天的騎摩托車環島壯舉，他們從台中出發，一路往南行經台南、高雄、屏東、台東、花 蓮、宜蘭、台北，再回到台中，總路程長達1178公里！17位長者中，有兩位曾罹患癌症，四 位需帶助聽器，五位患有高血壓，途中歷經險峻的蘇花公路，歷經團長三進三出醫院，但他 們一一克服困難，用無懼的心、熱血的行動，完成了這個在外人眼中「不可能的夢想」。
為這個不老夢想留下影像紀錄的華天灝導演，當年拍攝這群爺爺奶奶時，年紀不到三十 歲。經過13天與長輩們朝夕相處後，也不禁被這群勇敢追尋夢想的爺爺奶奶所感動，希望以 攝影機留下這個創舉的紀錄，讓影像的力量啟發更多人，不僅老人們受到鼓舞，也希望這個 社會更關心老人的福利與存在價值。 不老騎士勇敢追夢的精神感動了無數台灣人，如今這段熱血上路的旅程，以及爺爺們近 期的生活紀錄，將再次感動更多觀眾。追求夢想，永遠不嫌晚！ On average, they are 81 years old, but they dare to dream the dream of an 18-year-old. They would tell you, through life-long experience, "Miracles do happen as long as you continue to dream!"
The challenges officially begin when they decide to straddle on their scooters: Objections from family members, taking driver's license at old age, aging bodies and bodily functions and every possible weather and road conditions along that 1178-kilometer-long journey. 富家是一位農夫，在河灘地上種檸檬，2009 年時，他 借了一台攝影機，說是要為檸檬價格長期低落來拍一部 紀錄片。不到一個月，台灣便發生了 50 年來最大水災 八八風災。鏡頭裡河灘地滿目瘡痍，鏡頭外村民因河川 局阻擾河灘地復耕，而爆發衝突。我們也決定著手記錄 一個正在記錄的人，片子就叫《富家拍片》。 Fu-jia the farmer grows lemons on a riverside flood-land. He borrowed a camera in 2009, saying that he would make a documentary on why market price for lemons remains low. Not even a month later, Typhoon Morakot caused havoc in Taiwan, resulting in the largest flood in 50 years. Fu-jia then documented the devastation with his camera.
