Mount position
( Choice of Head or Arm )
You can mount your device either on your head or arm. To optimize distance, a higher position for your device is recommended. * Without obstacles, you must have line of sight. You will get shorter distance with your device mounted on your arm.
Bluetooth will not go through water, waves, trees, or any other obstacle .
*Coach should stay in a position higher than any obstacle .

100-300=One person’s head is close to water
More people talking togher the less distance you will have Above distance is based on 1:1 talking, if you add one more person(3way talk) The communication distance will be more shorter.
*Bluetooth frequency is 2.4ghz, which will not go through water, waves, snow or any obstacles. Especially if antenna is close to water, signal will be really weak. It is not only because of Bluetooth, any wireless signal will be much weaker when you are close to the water.

How to mount it ?
Use the alcohol Prep to clean the helmet surface
1. Stick the double side taps on the rubber band mount
2. Stick the mount on the left side of helmet
3. Stretch each rubber bands around the waterproof case and secure the band to the bottom of the mount.
4. Plug the headset in and screw the waterproof cap securely.
1. Install the snow goggle headset mount. (Also used with surf hat and cap headset)
2. Install both tabs on the back of the back of the waterproof housing into the plastic mount, click one side down then the other side.
3. Plug the headset in and screw on the waterproof cap securely.
