FACILITIES at Strathnairn GALLERIES

SHOP

Over 20 exhibitions each year of local, interstate and international artists working in a variety of mediums.

SHOP displays and sells high quality artworks and craft pieces made by members of Strathnairn Arts. All works are handmade in Canberra.

There are two gallery spaces available for hire, The Homestead and The Woolshed.

SHOP is open Thursday to Sunday 10am to 4pm.

STUDIOS

VENUE HIRE

Strathnairn Arts currently has 18 studios spread through the property. These studios house a community of artists working in a diverse range of mediums.

There are two gallery spaces available for hire in the Homestead. The Woolshed is also available for hire.

They are available for rent by both established and emerging artists.

Homestead: Gallery 1 $160 & Gallery 2 $120, per week. Woolshed: $240 per week all prices are GST inclusive.

First prize: $800 13–18 years: $500 Under 12: $200 The competition viewing will take place in the Woolshed Gallery, open from 10 – 4pm Thursday – Sunday. The award presentation will take place on November 11th at 2pm.

Tony’s photography exhibition explores the artist’s interests in textures and patterns found in the landscape and wildlife.
