Casa del Sol Panoramic Residence

“Casa del sol” is located on top of a natural terrace west of Santa Ana within the ecological project “Montana del Sol” and with a unique panoramic view of the central valley that includes the mountainous areas, volcanoes and hills of Escazú.

The main goal in this design was to achieve interacting spaces with these spectacular views from all corners of the house The house was designed by renowned architects Julia van Wilpe and Noel Caravaca

This four bedroom residence is the perfect place for an outdoor lover and a great residence to raise a family The house has panoramic views from the entrance to the bedrooms and has spaces such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi and firepit which enables the property to also have a social environment
