The Arizona Biltmore was the site of the much anticipated, 2020 Fall Conference for The Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate . After nearly 2 years since our last meeting in Cabo San Lucas, the event, ranked as the top event for luxury real estate agents and brokers in the world, brought approximately 120 top agents and brokers together to discuss the current trends in the market and share best practices .
Company broker/owners Todd and Scott Cutter as well as Papagayo broker Dina Tochluk and Santa Teresa broker Jennifer Harter participated in the event and take their experience to their clients, both buyers and sellers to elevate themselves, their service and overall experience . The action packed calendar highlighted panel discussions on the benefits of a luxury auction,
featuring Mario Vargas and Katie Lawless of Concierge Auctions, as well as company owner Todd Cutter, and Russ Lyon’s (Arizona) Frank Aazami .
Featured speaker Chelsea Peitz, highlighted social media trends and insights on how to lead in this dynamic and powerful promotional space, while Larry and Aimee Rideout from Boston discussed the migration from the city to the suburbs .
Jen and Dina both highlighted the renewed energy and insights that they brought from experience shared with top agents from Austin, Park City, Atlanta, Seattle, San Francisco and more . The learning experience was enhanced with a property tour of the infamous Wrigley Mansion, as well as an intimate look at one of the area’s most exclusive listings, priced at $18,000,000 . Scott and Todd also capped off the week with their long time participation in the Executive Committee with the organization’s leadership and hand selected members from Aspen, Tulsa, and the Rocky Mountains . Once again, the 2Costa Rica Real Estate returns to our market blessed with insight, knowledge and inspiration from The Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate .
