Although it may sound strange, we should first start by asking the question: What is a real estate brokerage and what are the responsibilities of your agent? Many may quickly answer that is our job to help you buy or sell a property, and of course, this would be partially correct. In fact, this is probably the easiest part of our job. However, it is the remainder of our job that should be the focus of our clients, which is to understand the added value that your broker and agent should provide in a real estate transaction. In a market that lacks both a true MLS and real estate licensing, we believe that the most important value that we will add to your transaction is education, knowledge, advising, skill, honesty and trust in order to help you to make your decision. Our firm was founded and is operated under the brokerage of the two of us, Scott and Todd Cutter, brothers from Birmingham, Alabama, and studied in Boulder, Colorado. Manuel Antonio Manuel Antonio, located on the Central Pacific Coast, is a unique destination which blends the stunning tropical beauty which has come to define Costa Rica on an international level, an authentic Costa Rican port community with more than a century of history, and world class tourism infrastructure and amenities. Dominical is located in the Central/Southern Pacific Coast, approx a 3 hour drive from San Jose and a 30 minute drive from Quepos/Manuel Antonio.
