Designed and built to last The finest materials from sustainable sources

Cane

Only the highest grade Cane and Rattan is used for strength, resilience and flexibility (cheap alternatives will be brittle and can fray). It is carefully selected and harvested from sustainable sources in South East Asia, an area renowned for the best quality. Traditional techniques are then used to make frames from the long thicker Cane, whilst smaller Cane of varying gauges is used Rattan

for tightly woven designs, referred to as Rattan. These can be left natural with a matt protective finish or washed in a colour.

Kubu

Banana Leaf is an attractive alternative to Rattan. The leaves have very strong fibres, which when dried and twisted make long, exceptionally resilient, rope-like strands in varied hues. Kubu is another type of Rattan, which is distinctive because of its thickness and unique natural colours. Cane, Rattan, Banana Leaf and Kubu withstand heat and humidity and donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t dry out or split like wood, making them ideal for conservatories. They are also very easy to maintain and clean.
