Pat Huval was a premier restaurateur and his place was one of the first Cajun restaurants to receive recognition internationally. As the first mayor of Henderson, Huval orchestrated the incorporation of his beloved town. After dinner, have a cocktail and hit the dance floor at the Atchafalaya Club.
