The industry is not for the faint of heart, as often workers will be away from their families and friends “An oilfield wife takes an exceptional woman,” remarked Gautreau. I can attest to this, as my mom is a rock solid woman who has shown what a partner is in the oilfield From growing up, to now, hearing them communicate over the phone about my dad’s work and the understanding support she gives, is true love and irreplaceable. She actually stresses the importance of understanding all aspects of what the job is for my dad.
He says, “ Five minutes of quality time is all you need.” I think it's the work ethic added to be there, to show up, even when it can be hard, that gives him the edge.The drive in each of these men is powerful Different people with individual personalities come together for the common goodsafety, efficiency, strategy, power in knowledge, to give, to educate, and heart.
Speaking on marriage, Heath explained that he would jokingly tell his wife, “If somethin’ is wrong, fix it If somethin’ is right, tell me ” This team understands the importance of service alongside their work ethic. Their amazing sales team encompasses offshore, land and inland waters. They provide the bids and communicate the services that Yellow Jacked can provide to the oil companies The early call times are not just for those heading out on a job, the relationships made within the sales aspect take just as much time and energy Heath Perez and the sales team have stepped above and beyond and will be there to surprise a contact with breakfast long before the sun has come up.
Calm and collected but fueled with passion for his team, David Geautreau shines in his message He joined the force that is Yellowjacket when it was just a thought. He saw that through and knew what was needed. His open door policy and long hours so his team has him is a trait they can not teach today
To sit next to David Pitre and “feel” his drive in knowledge and skill, his observational ways that guide, and not dictate, is just wonderful.
Heath has been on all sides of this field and understands what is needed and wanted and respected. This is an industry built on trust and respect. That is a message to be passed down to those, brave enough, to listen and accept the task
