All stock is sold under the conditions of sale recommended by the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association for England & Wales, as displayed within the Market. Would purchasers please note that our terms are payment on the day unless prior arrangements have been made with the Market Manager. Agents should also advise the Manager of any clients on whose behalf they intend to buy prior to commencement of the sale. All heifers offered for sale are not warranted as breeders unless otherwise stated. Purchasers have two working days from time of sale to satisfy themselves that all documentation received is correct and any discrepancies must be notified to the auctioneers within that time limit.
