Stock will be sold under the conditions of sale as displayed in the Mart recommended by the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association for England and Wales. 3. No Lots can leave the market without a pass slip and movement licence being issued by the main office. 4. The auctioneers and fieldsman will be only too pleased to assist purchasers in the arranging of transport for the dispatch of livestock. 5. The Auctioneers and Fieldsmen can assist purchasers requiring overnight accommodation in finding local farmhouse B & B, hotel and guest houses. Vendors • The Auction company will pre-dust all pens and alleyways but if vendors wish to bring additional sawdust for their own use, they may do so. No shavings or straw please. ALL VENORS: A fully completed ARAMS1 form must accompany all sheep to the Market. Please ensure all sheep are tagged in accordance with current regulations. All sheep to be treated against scab and accompanied to the Market with a signed Sheep Scab Declaration form. PURCHASERS: Please bring the holding number, address of premises to which the animals are to be sent and also the registration number of the vehicle in which they are to be transported. SHOW SCHEDULE - FRIDAY 12th SEPTEMBER Judging at 6 p.m. The market will be open from 4 p.m. for the intake of show lambs. Show lambs must remain in the market overnight Show lambs to be penned by 5.30 pm Judges: Mr M Barker, Mrs L Woodhouse.
