- Delivery of Poultry is strictly on the day of sale 8:30am-9:30am.
- All birds must be provided with an adequate supply of water.
- The Auc oneers reserve the right to refuse entry.
- All lots are accepted into the market en rely at the vendors risk.
- All reserves must be with the auc oneers by 10:00am morning of sale.
- The office must be informed of any changes to the catalogue by 9.30am on the morning of sale.
- All birds must be carried in boxes. No birds shall be carried in sacks.
- It is the vendors responsibility to ensure the auc oneers have the correct descrip on for the contents of the pen.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all poultry they have forward are sold before leaving the premises.
- Vendors with unsold lots must obtain a receipted ‘Pass Out’ obtainable from the main office upon se lement of their account. The pass will have to be presented to NWA staff at the me of collec on.
PURCHASERS
- Buyers numbers will be used, these will be available from the office on the morning of the sale.
- No buyers premium at the sale.
- Lots are sold per cage, not per bird.
- The auc oneers hold no responsibility for the descrip ons collected from the vendors.
- There is no guarantee by the Auc oneers as to the health status of any lot.
- All items are the responsibility of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer.
- No VAT on birds.
- Any birds le on the premises at 2pm will be sold to the best price offered.
