We are able to combine a wide range of Italian products and materials together with our best services: technical design, logistics and transport, so as to become the Italian company of reference for architects, designers, construction companies, projects managers and end customers. Fabbri Group Italia, is specialized in the management of complex project as Hotel, Residence, Compound, Palace and Luxury Villa. We are able to develop VALUE ENGINEERING for these types of project. Below are listed the various steps of this activity:
PRODUCTION ENGINEERING
The production engineering is the starting point of the work of Fabbri Group Italia. It raises from the analysis of each element of a single project, with the aim to optimize the production, according to the architectural concept and the customer’s budget.
SELECTION OF MATERIALS
The selection of the materials is the service that follows the production engineering, done with the aim to define the Bill of Quantity of the materials (B.o.Q.).
DEVELOPMENT AND SPECIFICATIONS
Fabbri Group Italia is one of the few Italian company contractor able to develop specifications and increase value for every single element of the B.o.Q. For some elements it occurs through the procurement, but for the majority of the elements the valorization is made locally, thanks to the partnership with the manufacturing companies (decentralized company). The Development and Specifications’ Service, apart from the valorization of the B.o.Q, includes the complete description of all materials and their prices and incoterms (EX WORKS, FOB, CIF, DDP).
INTERIOR DESIGN SUPPORT SERVICE
Fabbri Group Italia helps and supports the customer and the designer in every step of the technical project. It is able to provide renders, distributional layout, technical distributional projects for the construction site and both for industrialization and production optimization.
SUPERVISION OF PRODUCTION
Fabbri Group Italia assists and supervises every single step of the production process, in particular those productions directly managed through the decentralized company made with other Italian factories, according to the working drawings created by Fabbri Group Italia.
LOGISTIC
Fabbri Group Italia manages logistic for all the materials, dividing them in groups and cooperating directly with delivery companies. The shipment of materials is managed by highly qualified staff of Fabbri Group, in its own warehouse or directly through the decentralized company system.
SITE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
Fabbri Group Italia provides assistance during the management of the construction site, in particular for the information necessary to make the site adequate for the assembly step of the products supplied by Fabbri Group Italia or third parties (sockets, spot lighting, plumbing, etc.).
FITTING ASSISTANCE
Fabbri Group Italia provides assistance during the assembly step by sending from Italy équipes of high qualified staff or by sending italian supervisors with experience in management of local workers.
