Alpha Dent Implants
3D ACTIVE Surface 3D Active surface represents the latest generation of dental implant surface treatment technology. The surface is active and hydrophilic, features distinct layered microporous structure. Thickness of the implant surface oxide layer reaches 10-12 microns. Micropores grow through the entire thickness of the oxide layer. When combining, they create a multilayered surface. This allows bony tissue growing both deeper in and between micropores. Thus, the implant surface area is significantly increased. Respectively, the contact between bony tissue and implant surface is strengthened. Titanium oxide film is enriched with calcium hydroxyapatite. Researches show 3D Active surface stimulates active bone growth throughout the implant surface, which quickly promotes high mechanical stability. This property of the surface allows performing orthopedic rehabilitation at an earlier date, as well as significantly reducing the risk within implant setting under one-stage protocol.

RBM Surface The implant’s surface is processed with biomaterial with RBM method which allows to get ideally clean surface. With this method in the oxide layer of the implant some of beta-tribasic calcium phosphate Ca3O8P2) may remain. The surface is absolutely clean of contaminants. RBM method R – resorbable, B – blasting, M – media ) consists in the sandblast processing of implant’s surface with particles of beta-tribasic calcium phosphate Ca3O8P2) of certain density, weight and size. After mechanical processing the surface is treated in organic lowconcentrated acid leaving the surface clean without remains of Ca3O8P2 particles) and without changing the structure of titanium «pattern». This method allows to get on the implant’s surface a higher level of roughness compared to the processing with classic SLA method aluminum oxide Al2O3). Thanks to this method the area of implant’s surface is getting bigger because of enlarged crater’s depth, and as a result its osteoconductivity ig getting higher. • Absense of contaminants. • It gets into the range of optimum roughness and micropore’s diameter • Enlarged area of surface. • Contributes to faster bone attachment. • Wider bone contact with an implant. • After removal of beta-tribasic calcium phosphate granules from the surface we can observe its elements in the oxide layer of titanium, which ensures reduction of osteointegration terms.

Implant Classic in its upper part has a microthread for a cortical layer. The implant’s body is root-shaped. Due to the thread pitch of 0.6 mm an implant is cylinder-shaped. The implant Classic surface is processed with biomaterial with RBM method which allows to get ideally clean surface. With this method in the oxide layer of the implant some of hydroxy… may remain. The surface is absolutely clean of contaminants. This implant is mainly used in the first type of bone, but it may be used in all types of bone as well. Due to the triangular shape of the thread in the apical part the implant has qualities of self-tapping.

Integral – is an One-piece implant combining implant and abutment. Suitable for immediate loading. Advantages: quick insertion. Increased strength due to unified structure. Works as a closed system without gum incisions, reducing risk of infections. Their optimal usage is for mild and dense bone and they are recommended for use with soft bones. The restoration components are limited to casting only. The mechanical preparations (grinding) are optional but are only to be done in the patient’s mouth, not in the lab.
