Simple Prawns Salad
INGREDIENTS
350g queen prawns, peeled, deveined and washed 1 medium red onion, sliced into half-moons
2/3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2/3 tablespoon high-quality olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1.
Place the prawns in a pan with water and a pinch of salt. Boil until they turn pink (around 5-7 minutes).
Drain and let them cool. Mix in the remaining ingredients. 2.
Serve chilled. This refreshing salad can also be enjoyed as a light lunch, paired with some bread to soak up the flavorful juices.
