INTENTION After researching numerous 17th and 18th Century historical paintings, my intentions for my final exam piece are to create a poster, ticket, leaflet and 3D exhibition room. Within my creation of the exhibition, i will test and develop different exhibition posters and tickets by exploring different fonts and designs. I am going to record and present the process of my making and designing in order to show insightful research and links to these paintings. I intend to create each element of the exhibition with a fluidity that all relate to each other. Furthermore, i intend to look into existing gallery posters, leaflets and tickets in order to gain an idea of how fonts and imageries are placed to attract a viewer's attention.
TITLE IDEAS -Historical Genuis - Historical Tales - Art Idealised - Vision of a Revolution - Dramatic Romantic -Vision of Art -Radical Perspective After playing around with word choices all in relevance to historical paintings of the 18th Century, I have come to the decision that ‘Vision of a Revolution’ is to be the title of this exhibition. I feel that this title relates to the occurring themes of the previous paintings, especially Liberty Leading the People as this painting is specifically about the French ‘Revolution’ and its aftermath. The phrase ‘Vision’ can be applied to each and every painting ever to exist, as each artist sets out with a vision in mind to sketch, draw and paint something. The VISION OF A dark and gruesome outcomes of the vision can be of great satisfaction, or of REVOLUTION
