St. E’s Boardman Opens Dialysis Center A new 4 bed acute inpatient dialysis unit is now open at Boardman. The unit is located in the new 2 South tower. The addition of this beautiful space allows for a more efficient flow of our inpatients requiring acute hemodialysis. Up to 4 patients can be treated at one time with one bed able to handle isolation.

Quality S3 Update We continue to make progress to standardize quality functions across the Youngstown market within the CHP system. Quality measurement, data abstraction, infection control and patient experience are now under the direction of a single department. In January, Mike Seelman joined us as the new Regional Director of Quality and Infection Control for the system. Mike and his team will be working throughout our integrated delivery network to improve quality, add to our culture of safety and positively impact the patient experience. We need your continued support as together we improve care coordination across HMHP by sharing advanced analytics and patient focused metrics for all service lines.
