Brief : The basement locates the center of An-Kang. Many entrances go to mountain communities are near by site, is suitable to build public facilites on site. By transforming the old warehouse to the new social housing community, it could not only offer the place to live, but also enable the residents in this area to enjoy the better life quality.

Site Strategies : My strategy is to reserve the left sided warehouse and reconstruct. Since this 19.4m buillding is between the village and the site, I plan to offer it a new life and the vigorows image to the 6.5m neiborhood through my design. By rebuilding it, the nearby village could communicate with the new social residence.

Wind field simulation : I use wind field simulation to design site plan and floor plan. Planting and elastic compartment are design for northeaster. Pond is design for west to reduce the temperarture of buliding. Grille is design for east southeast to let the air circulate.
