2nd edition’s out, and I’m pleased to say that my initial idea of using this space as way to promote artists is taking on. In this issue there is not only one but three very interesting contributions. The main theme for this issue is personalities and first up is a circus inspired series made by Sergi Rigol Roig, a Spanish herbalist with a master’s degree in interactive communication in audiovisual media. I love this series because it start serious and artsy and ends up in colourful fun. Next series is taken in Hovs Hallar in the north west of Skåne, Sweden, not very far from where Ingmar Bergman shot the famous “playing checkers with Death” scene from The Seventh Seal. With the morning sun slowly unveiling the small fishing booth I couldn’t resist myself and I made a semi improvised shoot. Swedish Chris Vighagen and I have known each other for a while in the sense of that we have friends in common and that have met in various occasions. This Easter was I think the first time we had a real long conversation and I showed him the magazine and asked him for photos. He gave me a series of portraits his closest friends amongst some photos from a graduation party, I took the liberty as an editor and mixed them. Ahida Agirre’ s fun instant portraits will probably be a regular in the issues to follow, cause I find them relaxing and with sort of a comic relief. Russian Red is a sweet singer songwriter and in this issue Sergi Rigol Roig presents a beautiful portrait of her. Hope you enjoy this issue as much as I do Anna Rasmussen Editor
