ABOUT HSIEH, FANG YING 我是謝方穎，台南市佳里人，2013年畢業於雲林科技大學視 覺傳達設計系，父母親開餐館。擅長於編排設計、網頁設計 。設計對我來說是不斷地解決問題的一個過程，需要考慮任 何細節，想與做就是一切。沒有完美的設計作品，只有不斷 的進步。同時懷抱著自信與自卑的面對自己；自信於當下的 成果，自卑於比較上的差異，於是我可以堅定著腳步，迫使 自己前進。 I am Fang Ying Hsieh , Tainan City Jiali who in 2013 graduated from Yunlin University of Science and Technology Department of Visual Communication Design, parents open a restaurant. Specializes in layout design, web design. Design for me is a constant problem-solving process, the need to consider any details, like to do is everything. There is no perfect design work, the only constant progress. Meanwhile embrace self-confidence and self-esteem in the face of their own; confidence at the moment the results of the comparative differences in self-esteem, so I can stay strong pace, force yourself to move forward.

我們將無國界醫生的意念延伸，用非傳統公益形式的網站詮釋，並希望此概念可以成為 一個點、一個新的意念，然後促成大眾捐款救援的行動；期盼我們的形象推廣能使無國 界醫生的理念發揚光大。 In order to promote MSF, we integrate design with social welfare to create the “MSF.DOT charity website”. We show the real frontline rescue situation by interactive animations on the website and conveying the concept in a nontraditional way. Therefore, we hope this website can be a beginning and a new idea to get attention and help from the public.

Fragile Life
Due to the limited medical resources in Africa, the infant mortality rate is almost 50%. Female can be pregnant for ten to fifteen times at most through their life. For this reason, we can always find that sixteen or seventeen years old girls are pregnant for the first time.

Tough Question
The political situation of South Sudan is totally a mess. Many people were killed in violent disturbance. Then, MSF come to provide medical rescue. They meet militia soldiers who keep shooting people in the town. Local residents are forced to move and live on the street without a penny. They consider moving the clinic away. However, if they move, residents who live in such dangerous place will lose the medical support. What should they do?

The covering of the watch dial. Acrylic, mineral, and sapphire are the three types of crystals commonly used in watches. Acrylic crystal is an inexpensive plastic that allows shallow scratches to be buffed out. Mineral crystal is composed of several elements that are heat-treated to create an unusual hardness that helps resist scratches. Sapphire is the most expensive and durable crystal, approximately three times harder than mineral crystals and 20 times harder than acrylic crystals.

中台灣以精密機械產業為發展主軸，其中我國最強的項目為自行車產業與其相關產業便座落於此。國立雲林 科技大學於2012年承接「教育部發展典範科技大學計畫」，藉由計畫推動自行車與健康休閒產業，成立自行 車產業聯絡辦公室(Bicycle Industry Liaison Office, BILO)，整合校內技術、設計及服務能量，形塑產業 創新研發之核心能量。 BILO為協助自行車產業發展，連結政府、學術及研究機構、產業界之資源，建立一資源互通網絡及資訊交換 中心。以一系列實作方式培育業界所需人才，針對不同階段學生設計培訓課程，藉由學習與工廠實習並進的 方式，由業界主管啟蒙及培訓，輔以取得政府認可之證照，推動雲科大成為自行車產業人才培育中心。

The dyed material is natural plants, such as: safflower, madder, comfrey, gall, Phellodendron amurense wood blue, indigo, gardenia ancient Chinese staining material. Staining method recovery and improved the ancient dyeing techniques, artificial hand dyed, do not add any chemical fixing agent, maintaining the original natural colors and fibers. Due at the grass season in order to obtain dye, each stained seasonal restrictions, but also showing the creation echoes the natural precious.

品牌設計總監，他用鐵創作，也透過相機呈現靈感。製衣二十年來，堅持天然織品設計衣服。也因為小雨：「我不喜歡成衣，不喜歡 跟別人穿一樣的衣服。」而如此小小的叛逆起點，讓他展開了獨特的服飾美學。選擇棉、麻、絲等天然材質，純粹出自於小雨對自然 纖維的珍愛。 除了是他對自然材料的好奇崇敬，其中更多原因是小雨對布料與人體互動的了解。因為自然材質富彈性，會隨著體溫升高而改變纖維 的柔軟度，進而在版型基礎上親近人體，衣服自然跟隨人的動作產生微妙的擺幅，流露出怡然自得的模樣與儀態。明亮微雨的紐約五 月，小雨的兒子於紐約國家藝術俱樂部舉行服裝展。演繹手染服飾的現代理性與古典含蓄，為喧鬧急躁的紐約都會，帶來一陣端敬玄 雅的亞洲之風。而這陣傳奇之風，是從一個小小的叛逆開始的。
