This is my first case to be the director in Together Studio. I was also the animator, scene designer, film editor and part of the character designer. I learned how to communicate with our client and control time. The final complete of this case gave me confidence to move on to the next one.

Dream walking To the Zoo 2012-2013

Position: Post-Production/ Intern /Props Making Story: A blind boy, raised by his mother, wants more than anything to go to the zoo, but his mother won’t let him. Unable to go by himself, the boy discovers that in his sleep, when he dreams, he can see. He tries to dream walk to the zoo. He discovers that the eyes in his dream can see the animals he cannot see when he is awake. He wants to go to the zoo to meet someone there he has promised to meet. One night, he successfully dream walks to the zoo. But when he arrives, he discovers the zoo has moved. The only thing remaining is the ghost of an elephant, once the zoo’s star attraction, who got sick and died, and was left behind. The elephant also wants to find the new zoo, to regain his former glory. The child and elephant begin a journey together in the boy’s dream. The poor children of the city leave their beds and dream walk to join them. Once the group reaches the new zoo, they are stopped by the Zookeeper, who refuses to let them in. The sudden lose of focus of life left Wildee’s life a mess and she even find herself weightlessness, floats off the ground physically! Story: A monster drawn by a boy is not satisfied with being black and white, so it comes out of the paper it was drawn on at midnight so it eat up all the other colors, beginning a color fight with the boy. After greedily eating up so many colors, we finally find out that the really special color is our true color. I want to remind the audience who they really are through this film; no matter whether they are adults or children.

Sights,2014 Position: story/painter Story：
People in this world don’t have faces, they only got monitors as their heads. They don’t think, only staring.
I came up with the idea of the story “The sights” when I was taking the subway. The passengers around me are no longer like human. They are machines with big eyes. I wasn’t even sure they can think or not. They just stared at each other without words. To me, they were like people without heads, but monitors instead.
The Haunting House 2014

In Taiwan and Japan, people are scared of the houses which have people murdered or committed suicide in, so some house agents will hire people to live in a haunting house 2-3 months first, than they can tell others there were living people lived in before, and the house will be better to sell. The main character John just graduated from college. He volunteers to live in the haunting house because he has no job and no place to live. He doesn't believe in ghosts until he met one. Sara is the ghost who haunts the house. People said that she committed a suicide in it, yet she insisted she did not. John is the only one who can see her, so Sara began to haunt John and forces him to help her to prove that she died in an accident.

Everyone gathers together today except for grandma. The little boy keeps asking “Where is grandma” to everyone, but no one answers. “She is in heaven. His father finally says, but WHERE is heaven? The little boy decides to figure this out himself…

A 5-year-old girl, Kiki, is jealous of her baby brother and imagines a monster to help her throw her baby brother away.
Better Half 2013

A boy is shorter than the girl he loves. Each time he has to open an umbrella for both of them, he must reach his arm as high as the girl’s height.
