A NOTE FROM BO B
T
he year 2020 is halfway behind us and in so many ways it seems we have never had the opportunity to get a promising new decade and year off the ground. We mourn the injustice we have seen, as well as the violent response. My prayer is that in these troubling times, our nation will turn to Jesus and what the Scriptures teach us about racism, injustice, hatred and violence. George Floyd served and worshiped Jesus – the brutally beaten, crucified and risen Son of God. Mr. Floyd’s horrible murder has painfully reminded us that there is much work to be done for us to fulfill God’s purposes for the world. One of the great fundamental strengths of cattle producers is the unity that we have with one another and the reverence and love so many of us share for God and for all He has given us – His precious Son; our salvation; a personal relationship with Him; His glorious creation; a life of purpose; a mission to feed our nation and the world; and a platform in which to share His grace, mercy, peace, joy, forgiveness and reconciliation. We are such a blessed and fortunate group of men and women! Thank you for the love, encouragement and expressions of friendship you have shared with us. In the midst of so much distressing news, it is amazing how God brings people into our lives to encourage us. Likewise, it is astonishing how God invites people like you and me to be a part of the extraordinary things He is doing.
As you may know, we were not able to physically gather in May for our annual Female Production Sale due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, we planned a series of live online sales in May, June, September and December – with the help of our friends at “CCI. Live” – to share our latest Angus Strong® genetics. We are so pleased with the response to our May 7th live online sale. Thank you for your amazing participation and encouragement.
“And let the loveliness of our Lord, our God, rest on us, confirming the work that we do. Oh, yes. Affirm the work that we do!” P SAL M 9 0 : 1 7

K N OW YO U R R A N C H E R
So, as we continue our series of online sales, we invite you to please join us on Thursday, June 25th at 7:00PM (CDST), for our second 44 LIVE Online Sale. We believe you will find it to be a lineup of powerful Angus females that check every box. We miss gathering together to see old friends and meeting new ones. Yet, this new live online platform may be more convenient for many of our customers and it allows us to be more responsive to your needs. Please take a moment to review the offering and checkout the photographs and videos of the cattle. We hope you can join us LIVE Online on June 25th. We think you will enjoy it and we know that the cattle will not disappoint. Finally, I would ask that you pray for us, as we pray for you. May God give us all the wisdom to live with faith, love and mercy so that we may courageously do His work in the world.
HOW T O PL ACE YOUR BI D For the 44 Live Summer Female Sale, 44 Farms has partnered with CCI.Live to conduct our sale in real time with an auctioneer – just like a traditional auction, but the sale venue will be strictly online.
STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT & REQUEST YOUR BIDDING CREDENTIALS STEP 2: REGISTER FOR YOUR SPECIFIC BIDDER NUMBER
Go to the sale page at www.CCI.live and register to bid. You will see the video and information of the lot and hear the auctioneer. View the sale from your phone, tablet, or desktop computer and bid with confidence! You can always view an auction without signing in. You must only sign in if you plan to bid on cattle. If you plan to bid on livestock, you must create a new account and then request for bidding credentials at CCI.Live. Once you are approved the first time, you do not need to go through the process for each sale. Please request approval for bidding credentials preferably at least 2-4 hours prior to sale time, if not sooner. Please do not wait until sale time to request bidding credentials, as you may not be approved quickly. When you create an account, please use a valid email address. If in the future, if you forget your bidders password, you can reset it immediately through the email on your account.
DOWNLOAD THE CCI.LIVE APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE View the sale from your phone, tablet, or desktop computer and bid with confidence! Download the APP for your iPhone or find us on Google Play.
Please note that the asking price on the screen is real time! Screen or asking price takes precedence over audio & voice. This means that if you have a slow internet connection, the auctioneer may be 1-2 seconds behind the screen price that is showing. The screen price is the asking bid at the auction and there is no delay, so you can bid with confidence by watching only the screen asking price. If you have a slow internet connection, we recommend that you turn off the audio and only watch the asking price box. The audio and video are for entertainment purposes only. You can also phone in to place your bids if you feel that your internet connection is not acceptable.
