BOAT RIDES AT THE FESTIVAL
There are so many fun ways to get out on the water at the Festival, including several free options as well as paid charters. Free options include the Paddlewheeler Rides, Paddleboard Pool, and Longboats. Admiral Jack tours are available for $5, and there are also charter boat options!

At the ramp at the head of the marina Take a ride on a small hand-driven paddlewheeler—these are a huge hit with kids! For ages 12 and under. Afternoons on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
PADDLEBOARD POOL
Paddleboard Pool on the Point All ages can try out a paddleboard in the paddleboard pool on the Point! This is great for those who have never been on a paddleboard before. Sign up at the pool. Fri 10 AM – 6 PM Sat 10 AM – 6 PM Sun 10 AM – Noon
ROW & SAIL A LONGBOAT
Longboat dock in the basin of the marina Journey back in time aboard replicas of Captain George Vancouver’s boats from 1792. Work together as a crew to row and sail aboard these 26’ open boats with 8 rowing stations. Ages 12 and up. Signups start at 9:00 AM each morning at the longboat dock in the NE corner of the marina. The boats go out 3 times a day for approximately 1.5 hour trips. Fri 11 AM – 4 PM Sat 9 AM – 4:30 PM Sun 11 AM – 4:30 PM ADMIRAL JACK BOAT TOURS
Located at the Northwest Maritime Center Dock Come take a ride on the newest addition to Northwest Maritime Center’s fleet, the Admiral Jack—a comfortable catamaran that operates as a tour boat in the summer and state-of-the-art floating classroom during the school year. 1-hour rides are $5 per person, and kids under 5 are free. Get your tickets at the NWMC dock.

SOUND EXPERIENCE – ADVENTURESS
Step aboard the 106-year-old, fully restored schooner Adventuress for a hands-on sail on Port Townsend Bay. Experience the joy of sailing this beautiful B.B. Katie M is a traditional gaff-rigged catboat built at the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding in 2009. This Crosby Design is eco-friendly with electric auxiliary propulsion. Passengers are welcome to take the helm, help to raise sails, or sit back and enjoy the ride. Family-friendly sail, 6 guests max. Located inside the harbor at Festival. Look for the signs! Special festival pricing is $40 per person for one hour festival sail.
