设计说明： 基地位于新江湾城九龙仓，原是一个高档封闭 式小区。小区区位良好，周边交通便利，有学 校、公园、购物中心、绿色廊道。可以乘坐轨 道交通十号线到达。本次设计意图为把原本封 闭的小区打散成三个组团，一部分对外开放， 一部分保持封闭。利用一条通道对小区进行分 割，同时这条通道是也是连接轨道交通三号出 口与东南侧的生态廊道与安徒生公园的一个快 键路线。在这一条通道上进行功能的延生，注 入商业、游憩、饮食、儿童玩乐多种功能。把 它变成一个具有活力的社交空间，同时既有自 然田园元素，使空间具有更广的进深。道路的 中心是一个坡顶建筑，以及它配套的广场空间， 在这里可以促发最多的社交活动。同时坡面延 伸至地底五米处，连接室内地下社区图书馆， 运用自然元素将空间从动感过渡到静谧，保证 了室内空间的私密。这条道路同时也延伸出另 一条横向的人车混行道路，这条道路连接着高 层的底商，同时道路上设置 PARKLET，使 街道空间更具活力。公共空间与小区私密空间 的过渡由玻璃廊构筑物完成，构筑物既可以作 为人们遮蔽的空间，同时也是作为承载门禁功 能的介质。
